事前に予測できるご案内内容や質問項目は、韓国語のスクリプトを用意しておくと便利です。今回は受付で必要な韓国語対応をまとめてみました。グローバルイベントの運営を目指すイベント主催者のみなさまの参考になれば幸いです。

### **1．挨拶**

■お出迎えの挨拶  
受付は、イベント参加者の方がはじめにそのイベントと触れる場所です。言語を問わず、心を込めてご挨拶しましょう。

 

おはようございます。/ こんにちは。/ こんばんは。

\* 韓国語には時間帯別の挨拶はなく、朝、昼、夜共通で使えます。

 

 ■お見送りの挨拶

### **2．受付でのご案内**

イベント（カンファレンス／セミナー）の受付は10時からです。

***- 이벤트 ( 콘퍼런스 / 세미나 ) 접수는 10시부터입니다.

\* 「제시해 주세요（チェシへ ジュセヨ）」＝「ご提示ください」は、かなりフォーマルな表現となります。  
  「보여주세요（ポヨジュセヨ）」＝「見せてください」が一般的な表現です。

 

*受付でQRコードを見せてください。  
**- QR코드를 보여주세요.  
　QRコードル ポヨジュセヨ***

\* EventRegist（イベントレジスト）を使い、QRコードを読み取る受付の場合に使えるフレーズです。

 

*受付でQRコードをご提示ください。  
**- QR코드를 제시해 주세요.  
　QRコードル チェシへ ジュセヨ***

\* 「제시해 주세요（チェシへ ジュセヨ）」＝「ご提示ください」は、かなりフォーマルな表現となります。  
  「보여주세요（ポヨジュセヨ）」＝「見せてください」が一般的な表現です。

こちらの用紙にお名前と会社名をご記入ください。

### **3．再入場に関する質問**

再入場できますか？

### **4．場所に関する質問**

「〇〇はどこですか？」は頻繁に尋ねられる質問の一つです。  
度々ご質問いただく場所については、スムーズにご案内が出来るように予め下見をしておきましょう。

 

受付で頻繁に尋ねられる場所や設備には次のようなものがあります。

 

- 会議室／商談エリア

ロケーションのご案内に便利な表現として、以下のようなものが挙げられます。  
分かりにくい場所や、受付にスタッフが複数名いる場合は、直接ご案内するのが親切です。

トイレはあちらです。

\* 方向を指し示しながらご案内することで、より丁寧な印象を与えます。

自動販売機はコンビニエンスストアの前です。

***- 자동 판매기는 편의점 앞에 있습니다.
