![150514-TOP](http://info.eventregist.com/hubfs/images_blog-contents/150514-TOP.jpg)イベントを開催する時、イベントの収支バランスを意識したりイベントのコンテンツを充実させるという目的で、出展社を募るケースはよく見受けられます。

イベントへの出展は一般的に有料であるため、出展社は出展費用に見合う効果を期待するのは当然のこと。次回以降のイベントにも継続して出展してもらえるよう、主催者としてはこうした期待にできるだけ沿うことができるよう、イベントの内容を工夫する必要があります。

では、具体的にどのような点を工夫できるのか、3つのポイントをご紹介します。

\* ここでは、出展ブースだけの展示会パターンではなく、セミナーやセッションと並行してブース展示が行われているタイプのイベントについて考えていきます。

 

### 1. 導線を作る

セッションがメインコンテンツとなるタイプのイベントの場合、来場者はセッションを見に来ることが当然ながら一番の目的となります。受付を済ませ、セッション会場に向かう導線を具体的にシミュレーションし、その導線上でブースが目に止まるようレイアウトを組むことが理想的です。

会場の都合上理想的なレイアウトを組むことができない場合は、ブースエリアに来場者が自然と向かうような導線を意識的に作る必要があります。例えば次のような方法が挙げられます。

- 来場者の方に配るフリードリンクを、ブースエリアに設置する
- 来場者の方が休めるテーブルや椅子を、ブースエリアに設置する
- 小規模のセミナーなどを、ブースエリア内で実施する

 

### 2. 出展ブースを回遊できる時間帯を作る

イベント開催時間中、セッションやセミナーが絶えず開催されていると、来場者の方はセッション参加だけに集中してしまい、ゆっくりとブースを見る時間もなくなります。例えばセッションとセッションの間の時間にゆとりを持たせたり、同時並行で複数のセッションをいくつかの会場で開催する場合は、会場ごとにセッション開始時間をずらすなどして、来場者の方がセッション以外の内容を楽しむことができる時間を意図的に作ることも大事です。

 

### 3. 出展ブースを回遊したくなるシカケを作る

来場者の方々がブースを楽しみながら色々見ることができるシカケ作りも、主催者側が工夫できることの1つです。どこにどのような出展社がいるのかを一覧できる会場MAPを配布したり、それぞれのブースに社名の入った看板を置いたり、全てのブースを目にすることができるような道順を作ったり、細かい施策ですが色々方法があると思います。

 

イベントを応援し、かつ自社の効果を期待して出展してくださる協賛企業に、きちんと効果をお返しできるような施策を検討していただくと良いと思います。
