![120212-TOP](http://info.eventregist.com/hs-fs/hub/357628/file-2475116377-png/images_blog-contents/120212-TOP.png)イベントの概要が決定したら、協賛を募りたいと考えるイベント企画担当の方も多いのではないでしょうか？協賛とは、イベントの趣旨に賛同し、人的・物的な支援を行うスポンサーのこと。今回は、協賛を募る際に予め用意しておくべきイベントの「イベント協賛のご案内」資料の構成をご紹介します。

 

 

### 押さえておきたい協賛のご案内資料の構成 

協賛企画書では、次のような項目をおさえておく必要があります。

#### **\[企画趣旨\]**

はじめに、〇〇イベントとは、などの項目名は様々ですが、イベントの来場者ターゲットやイベントを通じて伝えたいメッセージや目的を記載します。

例）現在、〇〇の領域では、〇〇という問題意識が高まっています。そこで、私たちは、〇〇を目指して、〇〇イベントを開催します。〇〇の方々が○○名以上参加予定であり、ブランド認知アップやＰＲの絶好の機会となります。この目的に賛同してくださる企業様の協賛をお待ちしております。

   
**\[開催概要\]**  
イベントの会期（開催日程）、会場、主催、主管（運営会社）協力、講演、来場予定者数、入場料などを記載します。過去に実績のあるイベントは、その動員数を来場予定者数に記載しますが、初めてのイベントの場合は、目標来場者数を記載する場合もあります。

**\[会場MAP\]**  
会場の大まかなレイアウトを記載し、イベントの規模や実施イメージを分かりやすくします。

 

#### **\[タイムスケジュール\]** 現在分かっている範囲でのタイムスケジュールを記載します。セッションの内容が決まっていない場合は、仮で大まかな内容が分かるレベルで記載します。

※複数会場に分かれる場合は、会場MAPとタイムスケジュールをセットにして掲載すると、より実施イメージが伝わりやすくなります。

 

#### **\[協賛メニュー\]** 協賛メニューと料金を記載します。協賛メニューは、イベントの内容に応じて様々ですが、ポスター、チラシ、リーフレット、Webなどでの社名表記、ブース展開、ステージでのセッションなどが多いです。また、協賛企画の内容に応じて料金帯を複数用意する場合もあります。

 

#### **\[スケジュール\]** 協賛企業応募開始時期、協賛企業申込み〆切、申し込み後の選定・決定予定日、その後の対応について記載します。決定後は、個別に担当者がミーティングを依頼するのか、説明会形式での案内を行うのかを明記します。また、イベントの告知開始日や受付開始日なども記載するとより丁寧でしょう。

 

**\[結果報告\]**  
当該のイベントの実施実績がある場合は、結果報告として、イベントの会期（開催日程）、会場、主催、主管（運営会社）協力、講演、来場者数を記載します。また、イベントの様子がわかる写真や概要を説明するコメントもつけるとよりイベントの様子が伝わりやすくなります。また、ウェブサイトやチラシなどの広報物も合わせて掲載すると良いでしょう。

 

協賛企業を募ることで、イベントの参加者にもメリットを提供することが可能です。イベントの魅力が伝わりやすいように写真などのビジュアルも活用しながら、まとめると効果的です。
