![150325-TOP](http://info.eventregist.com/hs-fs/hub/357628/file-2632495196-jpg/images_blog-contents/150325-TOP.jpg)展示会や数千人規模のイベントの場合、出展社や協賛社がつくケースがほとんどです。それによりイベント主催者はイベントにかかる経費（会場費や設営、スタッフ代、そのほか様々な経費）をまかないます。さらに有料イベントの場合は、イベント参加のためのチケット代金も収入源となり、事業としてイベントを開催している企業はそれらの収支で黒字とすることで、イベントが継続して開催されることとなります。

 

世の中のイベントは決して上記のようなケースだけではありません。個人が開催するイベントや、企業が初めて開催するイベントなどは、たとえ有料のイベントにしたとしても想像以上に経費がかかり、結局主催者の持ち出しとなってしまうようなこともあります。また、そもそも有料ではなく、無料で来場者を呼びたいイベントの場合、イベントにかかるコストをどのように捻出するかは大きな課題です。

 

### 小規模のイベントでも、スポンサー企業を集めることは可能

例えばイベントレジストをご利用いただいている主催者様の中には、数十人〜百人規模のイベントを開催している個人や企業が多くいらっしゃいます。これらのイベントでも、実際にスポンサーをつけて運営しているイベントが増えてきました。

こうした規模のイベントの場合、協賛してくれる企業がいる可能性があっても、展示会のようにブースを出す場所の確保はなかなかできません。では具体的にどのようなスポンサーモデルがあるのでしょうか？実際におこなわれた協賛の方法には、次のようなものがありました。

#### **ドリンクスポンサー**

飲料メーカーに協賛をお願いし、来場者に配布する用のドリンクを提供していただく方法です。この方法のメリットは、提供いただいたドリンクを席やテーブルに置いておけば確実に来場者全員の手に届くことです。

#### **お菓子スポンサー**

リンクスポンサーと同じ要領です。来場者にとっても、イベント中にちょっとつまめるものがあるのは嬉しいです。

#### **スタッフTシャツに協賛企業ロゴをプリント**

来場者が必ず目にするスタッフ。スタッフ用Tシャツを作る時は、そこに協賛企業のロゴをプリントすることで、来場者の目に止まります。

#### **プレゼン時間◯◯分＋パンフレット配布**

明確にプレゼンテーションの枠を販売するというケースです。ここで注意なのは、来場者の方も聞きたい内容であるかどうかということ。まったく関係のないプレゼンは、来場者にも協賛社にもメリットはありません。

#### **協賛企業との共催**

イベント自体をスポンサーしてもらうパターンです。具体的には、イベントの名前にスポンサー冠などしてその企業がサポートをしてくれていることを明確にすることが多いです。また、イベント内で協賛企業の紹介をする時間も設けるパターンが一般的です。

 

### 来場者にとって嬉しいメリットを協賛企業と一緒に考える

協賛を募る時に最も重要なのは、それがイベントの来場者の方にとって嬉しい特典となることか？ということです。例えばイベントの趣旨とまったく関係のないスポンサーが長い時間を取って宣伝をしたとしても、来場者の方は興味を持ちませんし、結局スポンサーにもメリットを返すことができなくなります。イベント自体の魅力が下がってしまうのは本末転倒です。

スポンサーにつく側からの視点では、そのイベントの来場者が自社のターゲットであるかどうかが最も重要です。協賛の検討をしていただきやすいよう、イベントの概要はまとめて伝えられる状態にしておきましょう。

そして、初めてスポンサーを募る場合、主催者 / 協賛企業ともに、参加者の方が喜んでくれるコンテンツを考えれば良いのですから、必ずしも協賛メニューを固めておく必要はありません。協賛に前向きな企業や団体と、メニュー内容から一緒に相談していく方法もあります。主催者の方は、来場者に喜んでいただきつつ、協賛企業の協賛メリットを最大限に出すことができる方法をしっかりプランニングし、次回以降も継続していただけるような施策を実行することも重要です。
