![](http://info.eventregist.com/hs-fs/hub/357628/file-2432347760-png/images_blog-contents/150204-TOP.png)イベントには会費を徴収してその会費で必要経費をまかなうタイプと、自社の予算あるいはそれに加えて協賛してくれるスポンサーを募って運営するタイプと大きく分かれます。後者のタイプのイベントの場合は、スポンサー企業の協力なしでは、イベントが運営できないといっても過言ではありません。では、どのようなイベントであれば協賛したくなるのでしょうか。

 

### 協賛メニューの設計がスポンサー獲得のポイント

企業が協賛したくなるイベントの条件は以下の2点です。

1. ・イベントの開催趣旨に賛同できて、コンテンツが魅力的
2. ・協賛メニューが魅力的

 

協賛メニューは一般的に、展示ブースを出展したり、チラシや商品サンプルを配布するなどの方法が挙げられます。  
協賛したいと思う理由は自社や自社の商品/サービスを認知してもらったり、リードを獲得することがであるケースが多いので、そうしたニーズに対応できる協賛メニューを設計することが重要です。最近様々なイベントに参加していると、協賛企業の露出を高めるスポンサー向け広告枠もバリエーションが広がってきていることがわかります。ビジネス展示会を例にいくつかの例をご紹介します。

 

 

### スポンサー情報の露出先例

**イベント公式ウェブサイト**  
参加者のほとんどが来場前にアクセスするイベント公式ウェブサイトへのロゴ掲載は、広告枠の定番です。掲載するページや頻度をフレキシブルに調整出来る点は、イベント主催者とスポンサー企業、双方にとってメリットがあると言えます。

**イベント公式アプリ**  
海外のビジネス展示会では、会場マップや出展社検索の機能を備えたイベント参加者用のアプリを提供しているケースが珍しくありません。アプリ起動時に企業名が表示される広告は、参加者にリーチしたいスポンサー企業にとって魅力的なスポンサーオプションの一つです。

#### **SNSによる速報**

近頃は公式ウェブサイトに加えて、FacebookやTwitterなど、ソーシャルアカウントを持つビジネス展示会が増えてきました。出展企業（＝スポンサー企業）の出展製品や新サービスを紹介する投稿が来場者によってシェアされることで、似た興味関心を持つターゲット層へと情報が拡散される効果が期待できます。また、数日間に及ぶイベントの場合は、前日のハイライトや来場者数を速報として投稿することで、注目を集めることができます。大規模なビジネス展示会では、この速報を紙媒体としても発行し、会場の入口で配布する取組みも行われています。

 

#### **Wi-Fiパスワード**

来場者がイベント会場で最も知りたい情報の一つであるWi-Fiのパスワード。一般的にはイベント名や主催者名が設定されることが多いですが、パスワードの決定権をスポンサーに提供することで、スポンサーは認知度を高めたい社名や製品名をパスワードに設定することが出来ます。

 

#### **イベント内イベント**

大規模なイベントでは、コンペティションや特別企画が併催されるケースが多々あります。開催趣旨や、参加者層が自社のターゲット層と一致していれば、この「イベント内イベント」に協賛する企業も現れます。カンファレンスであればスピーカー枠の提供、コンペティションであれば協賛企業名をアワード名や、時にはイベント名自体に含めることで、スポンサー企業の認知度の向上とブランディングに貢献します。イベントのコンテンツの充実にも繋がるので、主催者にとっても、また来場者にとってもメリットがあります。

出展メニューの中に含んでパッケージ化することもできますし、上記のような内容を単独メニュー化して提供することもできます。
