[Tweet](https://twitter.com/share) ![privacy-mark-top](http://info.eventregist.com/hs-fs/hub/357628/file-2554242266-png/images_blog-contents/privacy-mark-top.png)イベントレジストは昨年、プライバシーマークを取得しました。ベンチャー企業である当社がプライバシーマーク取得を目指すことを決めた時、私はその担当となることになり、実質取得まで1人でこのプロジェクトを担当していました。今回は、昨年当社がプライバシーマークを取得するにあたり、担当として感じたことについて書きたいと思います。 [前編はこちら](https://info.eventregist.com/weblog/privacy-mark-1) ### プライバシーマークを取得する上で、気をつけたいポイント #### **1. 外部協力会社との連携** プライバシーマーク取得には、様々な書類の作成が必要となります。法律知識に明るい方であれば、独自で書類作成は可能です。しかし、社内でプライバシーマークを取得について初めて担当する場合は、何から始めていいのかもわからず、独学で取得を目指すのは時間的にも効率的とはいえないでしょう。担当者はプライバシーマークを取得することだけを業務にしているわけではなく、他の業務との掛け持ちすることが多いと思います。そうした場合、外部のプライバシーマークを取得するための協力会社と連携して、作業進行するのもひとつの方法です。 協力会社は、書類作成するためのポイントに熟知しているので、資料作成にかかる時間を大幅に短縮することができます。また、審査員が現地審査に来る場合に備えた想定面談や、審査員が審査するポイントもわかっているので、その上でアドバイスをもらうことができます。そのため、審査で指摘される数も格段に少なくなります。外部協力会社への依頼はもちろん有料となるので、自社ですべてやることのコストと外部協力依頼することを比較して検討すると良いと思います。 イベントレジストでは、外部の協力会社と連携してプロジェクトを進行することにしました。上記のメリット以外にも、取得目標時期に合わせたマイルストーンを一緒になって考えてもらえるので、マラソンに例えると、うまくリードしてもらいつつ、42.195Kmのゴールに向かうというイメージで作業進行することができました。   #### **2. 取得目標時期の明確化** 会社としていつまでにプライバシーマークを取得したいのか、この目標を明確に持つことで、作業進行の段取りが大きく変わります。一般的には、プライバシーマークの取得までに約6か月～1年間かかると言われています。 イベントレジストでは6か月間での取得を目指し、2014年6月からプロジェクトを開始しましたが、前倒しで進められるところは順次進めていくことで、当初より1か月早い2014年11月に取得することができました。   #### **3. 社内・社外調整** 従業員から必ず提出してもらわないといけない書類等の収集、企業ウェブサイトの確認、個人情報に関する社内教育等、プライバシーマークを取得するためには、担当者だけでは完結しないものが多く出てきます。取引企業やその他ステークホルダーへ、プライバシーマーク取得のために書類提出をご協力いただくこともあります。そのため、やるべきことのリストアップと作業進行の優先順位が重要となります。 ### プライバシーマーク取得のプロジェクトを通じて感じたこと 今回、イベントレジストのプライバシーマーク取得を通して、私個人として成長できた点は、今まではわからなければすぐ聞くという姿勢だったのが、一度自分の中で咀嚼してから、なぜ自分がわからないのか、以前同じような似たケースはなかったかなど、考えた上で行動する姿勢を学んだことでした。加えて、プロジェクトに協力してもらう人にできるだけ早くお願い事項を伝える必要があったので、それをどのように早く的確に伝えることができるかについて、考えながら行動する工夫もできるようになったと思います。 今回の私の経験を通して、プライバシーマークの担当者はどういう方が適任者なのかについて挙げるとすれば、ずばり、新入社員の方や社歴の浅い社員の方だと思います。なぜなら、新入社員の方や社歴の浅い方の多くは、他の社員の方に比べてまだ社内コミュニケーションが不足していたりするため、プライバシーマーク取得のプロジェクトを通じて、普段通常業務でコミュニケーションを取ることが少ない他部署の方や担当者の方とも接点を持つことができるからです。また同時に、法律をいかに捉えるかといった知識も深めることができますし、企業の組織構造についても学ぶことができるのではないかと思います。 担当者は通常業務とは異なった経験となるため、慣れない部分もあり大変だとは思いますが、見方を変えれば社内で唯一、貴重な経験を積むことができることも事実です。   以上の記事を参考にしていただき、皆さまのプライバシーマーク取得することの検討材料になれば幸いです。   --- ★ブログの更新情報をメールでお知らせしています。ご希望の方は右メニューの「Eメール購読」より、メールアドレスをご登録ください！ [![新規CTA](https://no-cache.hubspot.com/cta/default/357628/1ad6d024-9f49-427c-93cb-505f9c7766e8.png)](https://cta-redirect.hubspot.com/cta/redirect/357628/1ad6d024-9f49-427c-93cb-505f9c7766e8) Topics: [6\_イベレジからのお知らせ](https://info.eventregist.com/weblog/topic/6_イベレジからのお知らせ) -
