私がお客様にイベントレジストの使い方についてお話しする際、特に評価をいただいている機能を2つ、ご紹介します。

#### **1. 来場数の把握**

チェックインアプリを使うと、チケットのQRコードを読み込むのはもちろんのこと、チェックインした数つまり、現時点での来場数を把握することができます。今まで受付や事務局で確認をしたりしないとリアルタイムの来場数が把握できなかったものが、アプリを使うことでリアルタイムに把握することができます。（\*会場にWifi環境が整っていることが必要です。）

 

#### **2. リストからのチェックイン**

大型のイベントでは参加者数が膨大になるのであまり推奨していませんが、小規模なセミナーやイベントなら、当日QRコードのついたチケットを忘れた方への対応として、「リストからのチェックイン」という機能を使い、アプリ上でお名前を検索して、スムーズにチェックインを済ませることが可能です。アプリ以外にも、受付にノートPCを用意しイベント管理画面からお客様のお名前を検索することで、アプリと同様のチェックインが可能です。

### こんな使い方も - イベント開始のタイミングを図る材料に

チェックインアプリをうまく利用した、当日のイベント開始のタイミングについての事例をご紹介いたします。イベントの運営リーダーが、チェックインアプリを持つようにします。受付では、チェックインアプリで受付をしながら、会場のリアルタイムの来場数や来場率をアプリを通じて、運営リーダーに逐一報告せずとも共有できます。イベントの開始時間が迫ったところで、運営リーダーは来場者数を確認し、イベントの開始タイミングを図ることができます。
