イベントでまず最初に来場者の方をおもてなしする場所が「受付」です。受付は、基本的に全ての来場者の方が立ち寄る場所で、イベントがスタートする直前に比較的多くの来場者が集中します。

受付がはじまってから慌てないために、受付に必要なグッズは事前にしっかりと準備しておきましょう。一般的なイベントで必要なイベント受付グッズをご紹介します。

来場人数が多いイベントの場合は「受付マニュアル」を用意しておくと安心です。受付は基本的に常時スタッフがいるため、例えば「お手洗いはどこですか？」「休憩は何分位ありますか？」など、受付以外の質問を受けることも出てきますので、イベント全体のことをある程度把握しておくようにしましょう。

### スマートフォン

EventRegist で申込を受け付けている場合は、参加者が持参した印刷したチケットやアプリで表示したチケットにあるQRコードを読み取るだけで簡単にチェックインが完了します。チェックインに必要なのは、EventRegist のスマホ向けアプリ（無料）です。受付で参加者のお名前を毎回聞くこともなく、QRコードの読み取りもスピーディなので、一度にたくさんの方が来場なさってもスムーズに受付を済ませることができます。

事前登録者がどの位いるのか、受付がピークになる時には何名位一気にいらっしゃることになりそうか等をシミュレーションし、必要なスマートフォンの台数を用意しておきましょう。

### ノートPC

全ての来場者のリストをバックアップとして保管しておいたり、会場内のスタッフとチャットなどを使って遠隔でやり取りしたりなど、ノートPCは1台あると便利です。個人情報やイベント以外の機密情報が入っていることもありますので、管理はしっかりとおこなうようにしましょう。

### 印刷した来場者リスト

紙で印刷したリストです。全ての来場者が EventRegist で事前登録している場合は特に用意しておく必要はありませんが、例えば登壇者の方々、関係者の方々など、事前登録をなさっていない方がいらっしゃる場合は、紙のリストを用意し来場チェックをしておくと安心です。こちらも個人情報が含まれますので、取扱いには注意しましょう。

### 受付の看板

受付にサイン（看板）を作っている場合は別ですが、例えばテーブルを用意して簡易受付にする場合などは、そこが受付であることを参加者の方がすぐに認識できるように簡単な看板を用意しておくことをオススメします。

例えばイベレジでイベントの受付をする場合は、いつもこのような看板を用意しておきます。

特に看板がない場合は紙に印刷したものを貼るだけでも良いでしょう。

### 有料イベントの場合）領収書、金庫、おつり

有料イベントの場合、参加者の方から領収書が欲しいと言われることがあります。EventRegist には領収データを発行する機能がありますので、イベント会場で領収書をお渡しする必要はありませんが、当日現金払いの方や、捺印された領収書が必要な方用に領収書を用意しておきましょう。大抵受付の時に領収書が欲しいとご要望があるので、一旦宛名などがわかる名刺をお預かりし、お帰りの時までに用意しておくのがスムーズです。

当日現金で参加費用をいただく場合は、現金保管用の金庫とおつりの準備も忘れずに。

### 延長コード

受付のすぐ側に電源がないケースはよくあります。電源の場所は、下見の時にあらかじめ確認をしておきましょう。

受付では、上記のスマートフォンやノートPCなど、充電が必要なものがあります。延長コードはACの口（電源を差し込む口）が多いものの方が安心です。

### ガムテープや養生テープ

受付に張り紙を貼ったり、延長コードを固定したりなど、ガムテープや養生テープはあると便利です。ガムテープだけでも良いですが、養生テープは剥がした時に跡がつきにくいので扱いが楽です。

### 名刺受け

ビジネス系のイベントなど、受付で名刺を受け取る可能性がある場合は、名刺受けあるいは名刺を保管しておくボックスを用意しましょう。また、名刺をお持ちでない方用に名刺サイズのお名前記入用カードを用意しておいた方が良い場合もあります。

### その他

**ペン・ポストイット・ホチキス**  
受付で荷物をお預かりしたり、伝言を承ったり、次のスタッフへ引き継ぎをしたりするのにあると便利です。

 

定期的にセミナーなどのイベントを開催している場合は、こうした受付グッズをセットにして保管しておくと良いと思います。
