![150224-TOP](http://info.eventregist.com/hs-fs/hub/357628/file-2521230703-jpg/images_blog-contents/150224-TOP.jpg)イベントの告知をするにあたり、今やFacebookは外すことのできない告知手段の一つです。Facebookにはイベントを作成できる機能もあり簡単で便利である一方、イベント主催者の方にとっては参加者の管理がしづらいなど少し不便な点もあります。Facebookは興味・関心の近い人がつながり、情報を拡散することができる強力なツールです。こうした利点をうまく活用しながらイベントの集客につなげるには、どうすれば良いのでしょうか。　

 

### Facebookイベントの良い点/不便な点

Facebookをお使いの方なら、イベントへの招待を受けた経験もあると思います。Facebookでイベントの告知をする時、よくあるのが「主催者がFacebookでイベントを作成する→主催者/関係者がそのイベントに招待をする」というパターンです。気軽にイベントを立てることができ、知り合いをすぐに誘って参加状況も確認できるので、あまり人数の多くないイベントの場合はこの方法で十分回ります。

けれども、ある程度人数が多くなると、上記の方法では次のような不便なところが出てきてしまいます。

- 簡単に参加/不参加ステータスを変えることができるので、直前キャンセルを防ぐことが難しい  
  (2015/11追記: 参加/不参加ステータス以外に「興味あり」というボタンも追加されました)
- 誰がステータスを変えたのか把握するのが大変
- 知り合いではない人へ参加/不参加確定のプッシュしづらい

また最近では、「イベントには参加できないけれど、イベントの内容は知りたい」という方が参加ステータスを「未定」とするケースも多くなっています。こうなると、主催者側にとっては実際誰が参加するのか具体的な人数に落とすのは厳しくなってきます。

 

### Facebookでイベントを告知するためのステップ

イベントはワンタイムのものですが、継続して何回もイベントをおこなったり、イベントの規模が少し大きなものである場合は、まずFacebookページを作るところからはじめることをおすすめします。

 

#### **1. Facebookページを作る**

まずはイベントや主催団体のFacebookページを作りましょう。主催団体のFacebookページが既にある場合は既存のFacebookページを使う方法もありますが、次のようなケースの場合は、既存のFacebookページとは別に、イベント用のFacebookページを作成する方が良い場合もあります。

- 既存のFacebookページで、イベントと関係のない投稿の量が多く、イベントの情報が薄れてしまう可能性がある
- 既存のFacebookページに「いいね！」をしてくれているファン層と、イベントで集客をしたい層に乖離がある

Facebookページを作成することで、「今回のイベントには参加できないけど情報を知りたい」「イベントにいつか行ってみたいけれど今はまだそこまで興味はない」という方も逃すことなくファンとしてコミュニケーションを保つことができます。今回のイベントだけではなく、次回以降のイベントの告知層となる方々を、Facebookページというコミュニティを通して育てることが重要です。

 

#### **2. Facebookページにファンを集める**

Facebookページの存在を、興味を持ってくれそうな人に対して告知をしましょう。告知手段は様々あります。Facebook内で自分の友人に向けて投稿をする他、Twitterやブログなど、Facebook以外のツールも使ってFacebookページの存在を拡げましょう。

その際、Facebookページでは、カバー画像やプロフィール画像、基本情報などをきれいに整えておく以外に、あらかじめ有益な投稿をいくつかしておくことも重要です。何もコンテンツがない状態では「いいね！」はしづらく、これからも情報を知りたいと思ってもらえる内容を投稿しておくことで、期待を高めることができるようになります。

なかなかファン数が集まらない場合は、Facebook広告を活用しましょう。Facebook広告は、年齢/性別などのデモグラフィック属性によるターゲティングの他、興味・関心などの配信ターゲットを細かく設定することができます。

 

#### **3. 受け口を用意して、イベントの投稿をする**

ある程度のファンが集まったら、イベントに関する投稿をおこないます。イベントの投稿をするにあたり、そのイベントの申込みを受付けるウェブサイトの準備が必要です。[EventRegist](https://eventregist.com)のようなサービスを使えば簡単にイベントの申込みページが作成できるので、投稿の時にあわせて告知をします。

### Facebookでイベントページを作成する時の注意

上述したように、Facebookのイベント機能は不便な点もいくつかあります。特に主催者の方にとって悩みの種なのは、イベントへの参加表明をしている方が本当にきちんと来てくれるのか？ということです。Facebookをヘビーに使っている人ほどイベントへの招待も多く、返答をしないままイベント当日を迎えてしまったり、自分が返答した「参加/不参加」のステータス自体も忘れてしまうケースもあるでしょう。

しかし、Facebookのイベント機能は、招待された人がまた別の人を招待したり、友人が参加表明をするとその情報がウォールに流れたりするなど、自然にそのイベントの存在を拡げることができる手段として有効です。その利点を活かし、出来る限り参加表明している人の参加率を上げるために、次の3つのことを実施しましょう。

 

#### **1. イベントページに「チケットを入手」リンクをつける**

Facebookのイベントページでの参加ステータスは簡単に変更できるため、主催者の方にとっては参加人数の把握がしづらいものです。[EventRegist ](https://eventregist.com)のようなサービスを使って簡単にイベントの申込みページを作成し、そこへ「チケットを入手」リンクを使って誘導し、申込みをしてもらうようにしましょう。

#### **2. イベントの概要の一番上に「チケット申込みが正式な申込み」となる旨強調する**

イベントページでイベント概要を記入する時に、まず最初に目が止まる一番上の箇所に、「チケット申込みが正式な申込みとなる」旨を強調して記入しましょう。

 

#### **3. 主催者から適宜イベントページでチケット申込みを促す投稿をする**

イベントの開催日が近づいてきたり、もうすぐ定員数が埋まりそうな時など、主催者からのメッセージとしてイベントページに投稿をしましょう。「参加」や「未定」ステータスにしていたり、あるいは返答自体をしていない人に対して、正式な申込みを促します。
