しかし、いざイベントのFacebookやTwitterを始めても「何を投稿すればいいのかわからない」「ネタがない」とお悩みの方が多いのではないでしょうか？特にビジネスイベントの場合は、個人向けのイベントに比べて「ためになる情報を投稿しなければ…」と身構えてしまい、ソーシャルの運営を負担に感じてしまったり、ソーシャルアカウントを作りたくない、という主催者の方も少なくないと思います。

そこで今回は、イベント主催者がソーシャルメディアで投稿すべき内容をご紹介します。

### 1．イベントコンテンツ

キーノートで登壇するスピーカー名や講演タイトル、展示会の場合は出展社と展示する製品情報等は、参加を予定している来場者が求めている情報です。

また、イベント内の目玉企画、例えば登壇者も参加するネットワーキングパーティー、最優秀出展企業を選んで表彰するコンペティション等、特に力を入れて告知したい企画の投稿も有効です。

魅力的なコンテンツ情報が拡散されることで、これまで参加したことのない新規顧客層の参加を促す効果が期待できます。

### 2．イベントの準備工程

イベントをプランニングしている様子を投稿し、イベント当日に向けての臨場感を参加者と一緒に共有しましょう。

例えば、セッション打ち合わせ風景と共に、「当日しか聞けない内容が盛り沢山です！」と投稿することで、参加へのモチベーションを高めることが出来ます。

運営側の様子が見えることで、参加者にとってそのイベントを身近に感じてもらえるという効果も期待できます。

### 3．イベント内容と関連のあるニュース

自身の主催イベントの情報だけでなく、イベントのテーマに関連のあるニュースを投稿しましょう。

業界の関連ニュースや海外動向を紹介することで、参加者はそのソーシャルアカウントを業界の最新情報を知るメディアとして認識してもらえますし、運営側にとっても、イベントが終了しても継続して投稿することができるというメリットがあります。

### 4．前回開催時の感想

継続して開催しているイベントの場合は、過去の参加者の声を掲載することをおすすめします。

例えば、ビジネス展示会で、出展経験企業から前回出展時の成果を寄稿してもらうことで期待出来る効果は次の通りです。

- 寄稿企業との関係性の強化
- 投稿に対する他の出展企業からの共感
- 出展を検討している企業への決断を後押し

また、参加者側の声を投稿することで、参加者間のコミュニケーションを活性化させるという効果も期待できます。

### 5．会場に関する情報

イベント会場にWifiネットワークや充電スポットがあるか、バリアフリーに対応しているか等の情報も、参加者にとって有益な情報です。

また、レストラン・ホテル・コンビニ・観光スポット・交通情報などの会場周辺情報なども、初めてそのエリアを訪れる参加者には喜ばれます。可能な場合は写真を添えて投稿すると良いでしょう。

ビジネスイベント・個人のイベント問わず、イベントのソーシャルアカウントを告知ツールとして運用するのではなく、参加者が何に興味を持っているのか、どんな情報を知りたいのか、を考えながら投稿することが重要です。

イベントのソーシャルアカウントは、イベントのファンが集まる「コミュニティ」です。

イベントの期間中だけでなく継続してファンと繋がることが出来るソーシャルメディアの特性を最大限に活用しましょう！
