![150202-TOP](http://info.eventregist.com/hs-fs/hub/357628/file-2431761524-png/images_blog-contents/150202-TOP.png)イベントページを作成したタイミングで主催者の皆様は、イベントの告知/集客を行うと思います。最近では、SNSでの告知/集客が有効だと言われておりますが、なぜ、そのように言われているのでしょうか。今回は、以前掲載した"[イベント告知/集客のソーシャル対策: イベレジなら簡単に実現](https://info.eventregist.com/weblog/ogp_201410)"を補足する形でイベント開催前の告知/集客に焦点をあててご説明していきたいと思います。

 

### 1. 環境

2014年3月末時点でのスマートフォン契約件数は5,734万件(※1)、スマートフォンからのインターネット利用者数は3,978万件(※2)となっており、多くの方が、スマートフォン経由でインターネットを活用しています。また、インターネット利用状況をサービス別で見ると、多くはGoogle、Yahooでの検索になりますが、LINE、Facebook、Twitterは、2013年度の利用者数が約50%(※2)増加しており、皆さんがスマートフォンを通して、SNSを活用していることがわかります。

 

### 2. 活用状況

SNSを利用した告知/集客を行う企業や団体が増えてきているのをご存知でしょうか。ある有名グループのコンサートでは、これまで禁止だった動画撮影を解禁し、ファンがSNSに動画を投稿する事で拡散させ、知名度や売上向上につなげています。また、コンビニ業界では、SNS上にクーポンを配布することで来店者数を増加させる施策を実施しています。

 

### 3. 効果

これまでの告知/集客での課題としては、次のようなことが挙げられます。

- 施策が新規顧客に届きにくい
- 高額な広告などを利用するため、費用対効果が低い
- 新規顧客からのインプット量が少なく、マーケティング効果が低い

それに対し、SNSを活用すると、告知/集客で次のようなメリットを受けることができる可能性があります。

- 拡散によって、施策が新規顧客にまで届く
- 従来広告に比べ広告費が安価なため、費用対効果が高い
- インプット量が多く、既存顧客の満足度向上、新規顧客獲得に向けた効果的な施策が実行可能

いかがでしたでしょうか。
