![shinbiz-1](http://info.eventregist.com/hubfs/images_blog-contents/shinbiz-1.jpg)2015年5月22日、ベルサール六本木で「新ビジの集いVol.5ーイノベーションの向こう側ー」のイベントが開催されました。今回はこちらのイベントレポートをご紹介したいと思います。

### 「新ビジの集いVol.5ーイノベーションの向こう側ー」とは？

そもそも「新ビジの集い」とは、NTT東日本ビジネス開発本部に所属する沼田氏が仕掛ける、新ビジネスに関わるイノベーターの方々が集まる、完全招待制のイベント。2014年6月から第1回をはじめ、回を重ねるごとに規模は大きくなり、今回はその5回目となるイベントです。

### 経験者が語る、イノベーションを非連続的に引き起こすには

1stセッションでは、エリック松永氏(プライスウォーターハウスクーパース株式会社　執行役員　パートナー)、塩濱剛治氏(シャルウィ株式会社　代表取締役社長)、兼松公彦氏(住友不動産株式会社　ビル営業部　部長)とそうそうたる面々が「非連続的イノベーションを巻き起こすには？」について議論を交わされました。

エリック松永氏は「イノベーションをしようと思って行動していない。相手が喜ぶサービスを実現したいという自分がワクワクするような欲求にしたがっているだけ。その熱意が結果、イノベーションにつながる。」と言います。

塩濱剛治氏は、松永氏のイノベーションを起こそうと思って行動しないことに賛同しながら、「イノベーションは、個人だけでは実現しないので複数の仲間と協業する、オペレーションが非常に重要。」と主張。

兼松公彦氏は大企業で新規事業に取り組むための手法として、「直感でよさそうならやってみる。そして結果を出す。結果を出せば、次に繋がる。」と行動すること重要性を説きます。

その他には、「BUZZワードに惑わされない」、「新しいサービスを自分自身で体験すること、そして前向きに評価する大切さ」など金言がぞくぞくと飛び出し、オーディエンスのメモを取る姿も多数、見受けられました。

後半、エリック松永氏から、参加者に向けて「みなさんを仲間だと思っています。楽しいことをやりましょう。」との発言もあり、とても会場全体がイノベーティブな雰囲気に包まれていました。

### 大企業の若手イノベーターが社内でイノベーションを起こすための方法

つづいての2ndセッションでは、片岡 和也氏(西日本電信電話株式会社)、井上 裕太氏(TBWA/HAKUHODO　QUANTUM)、濱松 誠氏(パナソニック株式会社)、村上 悠氏(東日本旅客鉄道株式会社)で「若手イノベーターに聞く、俺のイノベーションの心得」について、各登壇者が実際、携わっている事例を紹介しながら、議論が交わされました。

片岡 和也氏は、いかに早く意思決定者に伝えるかが大事と主張しながらも、「心得の一つ目は、社長に直訴状を出す。二つ目は、新規事業のKPI設定の方法として、短期KPI設定を、企業の広報活動を活用すること。最後の3つ目は、社外と交流する。」と紹介します。

井上 裕太氏は、「どう伝えるか？が大事。」と言います。つまり、新規事業における重要性をいくらロジックに説明しても、理解を得られないことが、絵やコピーライティング、動画等に表現を変えて見せてみることで、一気に提案が通ったことを紹介。

濱松 誠氏は、「DOをためらうことがいけない、バイアスをかけないことが重要。」と主張。具体的に実際のパナソニック内の有志で行った、イベントや事例を紹介しながら、従業員27万人のパナソニックの社長まで巻き込むことのできた方法や苦労話を紹介。

村上 悠氏は、「勝手に実績を作って会社にプレゼンしにいく。遊ぶように働いて、働くように遊ぼう！」と言います。

例えば、小さな挑戦を個人的に実践してみて、結果がでれば会社の規模に合わせて実行すれば、より大きなリターンが会社に返ってくることを会社にプレゼンして、実行まで移してきた。」と力説。

### 大企業の新規ビジネスの担当者や、スタートアップ界から200名以上の参加

今回のイベントのプログラムには、随時ネットワーキングの時間も組み込まれており、名刺交換も盛んに行われていました。

スタートアップセッションとして、イベントの参加者に向けて、各社2分間の持ち時間で複数社のピッチが行われました。ピッチ中には、参加者からの質問もあったりと登壇者と参加者が一体となった、セッションとなりました。

### イノベーションの熱気は、イベント終了後も

イベント終了後は、ソーシャル上でも今回のイベントの話題が多数寄せられ、後日、イベントの参加者や登壇者等、イベントに関わった方々で新規ビジネスにまつわる打合せや意見交換が行われているそうです。
