今年で第3回目を迎えるNo Maps 2018が10月10日から始まりました。毎回様々な実験が含まれたNo Maps、2018はどんなイベントだったのか、一部をご紹介します！

## **No Mapsってなに？？**

CONFERENCE、EXHIBITION、EVENT(映画・音楽）、MEET UP、EXPERIMENTで構成される「No Maps」は、「地図のない未知の領域を開拓しよう」というメッセージがこめられており、日本の数ある他のイベントでは実施できないような、前回は公道を無人自動車が走っていたり、大通公園でドローンを飛ばしたりなどの実証実験まで行われる様な、たくさんの「わくわく」が詰まったイベントです。

北海道を代表する民間企業、官公庁、そして大学などが委員・顧問として参画し、パートナーには主要メディアや教育機関、専門性を有する企業など、「ALL HOKKAIDO体制」で取り組んでいるからこそできる、街全体を使って「世界屈指のイノベーティブなまちSAPPORO」を実現しようとしています。

## **CONFERENCEも実験的！公開視聴型ワークショップに潜入**

『札幌の学生VS東京のマーケター -デジタル時代における課題解決のプロセスを大公開-』というセッションに参加しました。

このセッションは札幌市立大学デザイン学部の学生とマーケターで、『ニューバランス札幌店の売上を1年以内に10倍にせよ』という課題にチーム毎にプランニングしていく姿を生公開することにより、プランニングにおける「プロセス」「アプローチ」「ツールや方法」など解説していくというものでした。

 

**【お題】ニューバランス札幌店の売上を1年以内に10倍にせよ**

10倍の売上・・・なんてちょっとやそっとのことでは達成できない！人口を増やすのか・・流行を生み出すのか・・・色々な角度からのアイディアがでてきます。

 

**思考しながら、手考する、『落書きコミュニケーション』**

4人/1チームの内訳は、2人がデザイン学部の学生、2人が社会人マーケター。プランニングの様子は途中途中で解説を交え、時には聴講者との会話も交えながら公開されていきます。

学生が、大きな模造紙に会話の内容をラクガキしながらメモしていきつつコミュニケーションをとっていくスタイルでワークショップは進んでいきます。

 

グラレコとの違いは、グラレコは基本時系列にところどころ深くなる議事録をビジュアル化したもので、落書きコミュニケーションは、ディスカッションをどんどん描いていくので、そのうちグループができたりします。  
どちらの手法が良いというわけではなく、アウトプットしたいものによって変えたりするのが良いそう。  
ちなみに、紙に書くのはアイデアの"発散"、ブロックや粘土など形作るのは"収束"だそうです。

## [札幌国際短編映画祭](http://sapporoshortfest.jp/)**で感情に出会う**

 

カンファレンスで多くのインプットや刺激を外部から得る良さもありますが、ショートフィルムフェスティバルで繰り出されるさまざまな映画で自分の感情を揺さぶられる体験もNo Mapsの魅力です。

忙しくイベント参加中でしたが、いくつか鑑賞することが出来ました！印象に残った2作品はこちら。

映画祭は12日（金）13日（土）はオールナイトで上映していて、14日（日）まで、19日（金）～21日（日）は特別上映とAWARDが開催されます。

 

 

## **札幌駅前地下通路が展示会場に！EXPERIMENT ゾーン**

 

通称「チ・カ・ホ」に展示エリアが集結！未来への入り口を感じさせるコンテンツが体験できちゃいます。今年はAIやVRを使った体験ゾーンが多いみたいです。
