# 第3章 規模別イベントの作り方〜100人規模編

今回から規模別にイベントのつくり方を紹介していきます。  
はじめに、100名規模のイベントからスタートします。

なぜ、100人規模のイベントから区切ったのかというと、多くの企業で、業務を外部委託するかどうかの思案どころだからです。会場選定、運営、告知・集客など、すべて内製化して実施するイベントと、一部またはすべてを外部委託・協力して実施するイベントの境目として100人を目安に設定しました。

もちろん、100人以上のイベントでも内製化して実施しているケース、10人のイベントであっても外部委託協力で実施しているケースもあります。実際に、イベントプランニングをどうしていますか？と聞くと、社内で1人が別のマーケティング業務と兼務していて「手が回らない」「属人的になってしまい、社内にノウハウがたまらない」ということをよく聞きます。

イベントごとに注意点はあり、規模別に異なりますが、担当者がみるべき共通事項は「コスト管理」「スケジュール管理」「質の管理」の3点です。

ここでは、取材や体験をベースに、100人規模のイベントづくりの注意点のポイントを抽出。イベントの特長と合わせて簡単にまとめたいと思います。

 

### **＜特長と注意点＞**

#### **「セミナー」「勉強会」**

100人規模イベントの内容とスタイルには、企業のマーケティング施策イベントでは、潜在顧客も対象となる自社サービス・商品に類する活用「セミナー」、既存顧客を対象とした自社サービス・商品に関する「勉強会」など、座学を中心としたスタイルのものが多く開催されています。

**集客**：セミナーや勉強会だけではなく、こちらで紹介するイベント全般において、集客で重要なのは、事前のコンタクトポイントのつくり方です。100人規模のイベント前に戦略的にポイントをつくっておくことが必要となります。

**告知**：100人規模だとマスへの告知ではなく、ハウスリストからの告知連絡が多くなります。一斉メール配信も方法のひとつですが、集客の精度に課題があるならば、個々に最適なタイミングと内容、頻度で告知できるようなマーケティングツールの導入も検討してもいいかもしれません。

 

#### **「ユーザー会」「コミュニティ」「ファンミーティング」**

最近では、勉強会のスタイルがカジュアルに進化した「ユーザー会」「コミュニティ」「ファンミーティング」と呼ばれる形式で実施しているものがあります。後者は座学だけではなく、ネットワーキングを重視したスタイルのものです。機能比較、疑似体験などの商品・サービス情報に加え、「コミュニティ」「ファンミーティング」では商品・サービスの採用に当たって、どう社内で稟議を通していくか、ユーザー同士が導入のプロセスやノウハウの共有を求めます。

**会場選定**：交流会がプログラムの一部となり、ドリンクやフード提供などが必要。セミナールームの場合、ケータリングの発注が必要となったり、場の転換のための時間や座学と交流会と別々のスペースが必要となったりする場合もあり、コストとなる。会場の選択肢としては飲食店も候補に。

**運営**：ネットワーキングを放置せず促進するため、つなぎ役となる人材が必要。同業種同士を紹介するなど、参加者の共通項を知っている営業担当者、コミュニティマネージャーなどのアテンド要員を用意しましょう。

 

#### **「体験会」「商談展示会」**

そのほか、「体験会」「商談展示会」といったイベントもあります。商品・サービスの展示にアテンドをつけるケースと、参加者にアテンドをつけるケースがあります。

**運営**：スムーズな体験をオペレーションするデザインが必要です。またはアテンド要員を用意しましょう。

 

#### **「複合開催」**

また、展示があるケースでは、丸1日同じ会場を貸し切り、プレス向けの「記者会見」、潜在顧客向けの「体験会」、既存顧客向けの「商談展示会」と、参加者対象別に3つのスタイルのイベントを時間別に開催するケースなどもあります。

これは、専門展示会、業界展示会のブース出展でも同様で、展示をベースに展開していながら、初日にプレスカンファレンスをしたり、一角を商談コーナーにしたりと複合的に場を使い分けるケースとも似ています。

運営：広報、営業、または展示・体験をアテンドする開発者など、各イベント（コーナー）ごとの統括のほか、その間の連携を図り、転換を指示できる全体統括役が必要。

 

規模別イベントのつくり方100人規模編のお話でした。次回は、500〜1000人規模のイベントについて展開します。
