「イベント・セミナーを開催する目的は？」について、[前回お話しさせていただきましたが](https://info.eventregist.com/weblog/event-pr-point)、（ここではBtoB系イベント・セミナーを中心にお話ししますが）多くの場合、開催目的は見込み客を獲得する（製品・サービスに興味関心を持ってくれるユーザーを数多く集める）ことになります。

 

ただし、イベント・セミナー当日に参加してくれる人はかなり限られています。参加いただいた方に対しては、イベント・セミナー終了後に自社のノウハウ・事例・製品サービス紹介など具体的に情報発信して、リード獲得につなぐことに注力します。

 

### イベント・セミナーは、リード（見込み客）獲得とコンテンツ制作の場

では、イベント・セミナーの開催は知っていたけれど参加できなかった、もしくは、イベント・セミナーの開催を知らなかった（告知が届かなかった）方々に対してどうアプローチすべきでしょうか？

 

ひとつの方法として、イベント・セミナーの内容を参加できなかった方々に対して提供する方法があります。多くの場合、実施報告（レポート）的なコンテンツとしてWebでの展開となりますが、紙（印刷物）にして営業ツールに活用するなど、いろいろな用途があります。「テキストと写真」や「動画」など用途や予算に合わせて「イベント・セミナーのコンテンツ化」を積極的におこない、より多くの方々にリーチできるように展開しましょう。

### イベント・セミナー実施後のアプローチ例

これまでお話ししたとおり、イベント・セミナーは当日の会場でのリード獲得活動のみではなく、実施後の展開も視野に入れることが重要です。

| 1. **会場に来場いただいた方々へのアプローチ（申込みして、実際に来場）** 2. **会場に来場できなかった方々へのアプローチ（申込みしたけれど、来場しなかった）** 3. **会場に来場できなかった方々へのアプローチ（申込みしていない）** |

これらの3つの分類に対して、イベント・セミナー終了後にどのような情報を提供してあげることが適しているでしょうか？共通するポイントとしては下記の2点です。

| - **イベント・セミナー実施報告（レポート）を提供する（無料）** - **次回の関連イベント・セミナーのご案内をする** |
| --- |

「1」の「実際に来場した方々」については、実際に来場してもらっていて会場・セミナー内容も認識していただいている状況、さらに「個人情報」や「どのセミナーを受講した」、「どのブースで名刺交換した（どの製品サービスに興味関心があるか）」などが可視化されている場合が多いため、より詳細なセグメントで具体的な情報提供や営業提案ができれば効果的です。

「2」の「申し込んだけれど来場しなかった方々」については、来場しなかった理由はあると思いますが、申し込んだ時点で興味関心があることは事実であり、イベント・セミナー実施報告（レポート）や次回の関連イベント・セミナーのご案内をしながら、コミュニケーションを深めてリード獲得につなげていきたいところです。 

「3」の「申込みしていない」方々に対しては、「イベント・セミナーの実施報告レポート」をより広くリーチをはかり、新しい見込み客の発掘するツールとしてコンテンツを活用しましょう。その際、情報発信を効果的におこなうサービスのひとつとして「ネットPR」があります。

ここで言う「ネットPR」とは、広告・PRにこだわらず、Webメディア上で企業の情報流通を促進することをインターネットでのPRと定義しています。

### コンテンツ化する前提でイベント・セミナーを企画する

まとめると、イベント・セミナーは集客して、当日の会場でリード獲得することがすべてではなく、実施後にコンテンツ（実施報告書・レポート）を活用したアプローチが非常に重要になるということです。

 

イベント・セミナーは企業として、今一番アピールしたい製品サービスを事例やノウハウを交えて展示・紹介するものですから、端的に良くまとまった情報発信になっているはずです。そこで、イベント・セミナーの企画段階から、製品サービスのアピール・事例紹介・キャンペーン情報などいくつかある訴求ポイントをうまくまとめて写真や動画を含めてコンテンツ化するということを前提にイベント・セミナーの企画を進めることをお勧めします。
