2019年2月7日（木）に「虎ノ門ヒルズフォーラム内覧会 1Dayイベント」が開催されました。  
主催の森ビル株式会社様は、毎年虎ノ門ヒルズフォーラムと六本木アカデミーヒルズと交互に内覧会を実施しており、前回の六本木アカデミーヒルズの内覧会に引き続き、虎ノ門ヒルズフォーラムでは初めてEventRegistをご利用いただきました。  
従来の紙の「申込書」による申込みから、デジタルでの申込みへ、イベント受付のオペレーションを大きく変更した経緯や導入にあたっての不安だった点などについて、森ビル株式会社の宮坂様にお話を伺いました。

**虎ノ門ヒルズフォーラム内覧会について**

虎ノ門ヒルズフォーラム内覧会は、虎ノ門ヒルズフォーラムを利用するイベント主催者の方向けのイベントです。  
今回は少し趣向を変え、「[イベントの未来をつくる105人](https://eventregist.com/p/mirai105)」とコラボし、イベントやカンファレンスに関わる基礎から応用編まで、イベント開催におけるお役立ち情報セミナーを中心に開催されました。

### **紙の「申込書」による申込みからデジタルへ**

  
**--従来は、FAXをはじめとした紙の「申込書」で内覧会参加の申込みを受付けていた中で、初めてWebサイトからの申込みを実施しましたが、EventRegistを利用しようと思った経緯はなんですか？--**

従来の集客方法では、毎年同じアプローチ先にしかご案内が行き届かないと考えたからです。  
昨今のイベント告知は、SNS等で拡散されることで、自分たちの知らない方々へ広がっていきますが、アナログの案内方法ではSNS等での拡散を起こしにくく、大きな課題でした。  
SNS等での拡散から、新たな層の方にご興味を持っていただき、内覧会の申込みを増やすためには、Webサイトからの申込み導線を整備することが必要だと考えました。  
その中で、EventRegistの受付システムは、すでに虎ノ門ヒルズフォーラムで開催されるイベントの多くに使われており、「イノベーションの発信地」を目指している虎ノ門ヒルズの開催イベントとの親和性も高く、リーチできていなかった方々からのお申込みが見込めるのでは？と考えたことが、EventRegistを利用しようと思った経緯です。

 

**--今までの紙の「申込書」によるお申込みから、急にデジタルに移行することに不安はありませんでしたか？--**

最初は正直とても不安でした（笑）。  
ですが、デジタル以外の従来の方法（「申込書」や営業によるご招待など）を一旦は残しつつ、ご案内のメールやチラシなどにWeb登録のURLを掲載し、そのうえで「申込書」でのお申込みについては、事務局がEventRegistの管理画面に入力することにより、参加者の一元管理を行う形とするなど、アナログの良いところとデジタルの利便性を合わせた手法とすることで、安心して進行することができました。

また、前年度六本木アカデミーヒルズでの導入実績があることも大きかったです。六本木アカデミーヒルズの担当者から、全体の申込者数が増え、かつWebサイトからの登録利用者数が多かったと聞いていたので、虎ノ門の方でも引き続き導入することに決定いたしました。

 

### **顧客接点を創出する来場通知メール機能**

  
**--特に便利だったところはどういったところでしょうか？--**

来場通知メール機能はとても便利に利用させてもらいました。実際には接客中でメールに気づかずに想定していた方にお会いできなかったという事も多かったですが、それでも何時頃に誰が来場されてたか分かり、連絡先を知っている方には、即お電話する等のフォローもできたので、営業担当者から喜ばれました。

あとは、操作が簡単なところですね。登録管理を行っている担当者は、決してデジタルやITに明るい者ではないのですが、一度EventRegistの担当の方にレクチャーをしていただくことで、問題なく運用ができました。当日は、初めてEventRegistの受付アプリを使う者ばかりでしたが、画面が見やすく簡単そうに見えるからか、とくに拒否反応もなく、問題なく対応できました。今回は[KAOPASS](https://info.eventregist.com/kaopass_contact)での受付もあったので、両方を一緒に使いこなすのは不安があったようですが、担当の方が受付に終日いてくれましたので、問題なく対応することができました。EventRegistさんは他のイベントでもよく当館にサポートで入られているのもあり、スタッフとも顔見知りだったので、そういった点でもスムーズでした。

1日イベントに参加していましたが、ケータリングの試食会も豪華で本格的だったり、「[イベントの未来をつくる105人](https://eventregist.com/p/mirai105)」とコラボしたイベントお役立ち情報セミナーが目的で、内覧会はついでといった方もいらっしゃるのでは？というくらいセミナーも盛況だったので、「内覧会」というよりも普通に「イベント」として充実した内容だったと感じました。

来年は六本木アカデミーヒルズの内覧会でしょうか？どんな内容になるか楽しみですね！
