一般社団法人日本能率協会（以下日本能率協会）が、2020年11月11日～13日、東京ビッグサイトで開催された「アグロ・イノベーション」で、EventRegist を導入いただきました。日本能率協会は、年間を通して様々な業界の専門展示会を開催しており、今回 EventRegist を導入いただいた「アグロ・イノベーション」は、農業ビジネスに関連する最先端技術と製品を展示する、専門展示会として開催されています。EventRegist の導入を決定いただいた経緯を、日本能率協会 中野健太郎氏に伺いました。

**--- アグロ・イノベーションについて教えてください。**

アグロ・イノベーションは、1986年に施設園芸の展示会として立ち上がったのが始まりです。日本の農業ビジネスの、バリューチェーン全体を網羅した最先端技術や、製品を展示する専門展示会として、東京と福岡で実施しています。どんなものが見たいのか、どんな課題をお持ちなのか、といった来場者の方の声に耳を傾け、新しいテーマをの展示会を新設しており、ここ数年では、鳥獣対策・ジビエ利活用展や雑草対策に関する展示会を、アグロ・イノベーションと併催したりと、裾野を広げてきました。

また、協会内には組織開発や人材教育を行う部門があり、農林水産省の事業を受託して、農業者の育成事業を行っています。日本能率協会としては、展示会事業を通して、農業界の流通・生産性改革、教育事業を通して、地域活性化や農業界の教育改革支援というものを軸にしながら、農業を魅力的な産業にするための支援を行うことを目的として、農業分野全体に対しての取り組みを行っております。

**--- EventRegistを導入した経緯を教えて下さい。**

元々、EventRegist は以前から存じており、また、他の展示会で導入されていることも存じ上げていました。

実は今回、コロナ禍で展示会を実施するにあたり、これまで紙の招待状を提示して入場する方々が一定数いらっしゃったのを、事前登録に完全移行していく必要がありました。また、完全事前登録の仕組みを採用したとしても、入場の際の待機時間をどれだけ短縮することができるか、という点がポイントになっていました。そんな事情もあり、システムを選定する時間がほとんどない状態だったのですが、導入を決定してからすぐに実装に向けて走り出せるという点に、魅力を感じました。

 

**--- 実際にEventRegistを使ってみていかがでしたか？**

オプションが豊富だったため、新規で機能を開発する必要がなく、工数をかけずに申込フォームを構築することができました。必要に応じて後からオプションを追加したり、逆に不要なオプションを外したりと、用途に応じて設定することができた点がよかったです。

また、セミナーの登録人数や、当日の来場者数などの数値管理を、リアルタイムに、かつスマホでも確認することができた点は大きなメリットでした。

一方、新しいシステムに切り替えたことで、お申込み方法に関するお問い合わせが増えました。これまで使っていた事前登録の仕組みとは異なり、申込者の方に EventRegist の会員登録を行っていただく必要があったため、手続きに戸惑う方もいらっしゃったようです。

また、会期中も来場登録を受け付ける運用を行ったため、申込情報を常に更新できる状態にしておく必要がありました。そのため、受付エリアにネットワーク環境を構築するためのコストがかかり、これまでのアナログな運用では発生しなかった新たな出費となりました。

**--- 今後の展望をお聞かせください。**

アグロ・イノベーションとしては、農業従事者の方の役に立つ展示会にしていかなければならないと思っています。また、農業に携わる方の困っていること、求めている情報をキャッチし、展示会として表現していきたいと考えています。

また、新型コロナウイルスの影響で、オンライン上で開催される展示会が増えており、日本能率協会でもオンライン展示会を開催しておりますが、個人的には、リアルで開催される専門展示会がなくなることはないと思っています。リード獲得という点では、リアル開催に比べてオンライン開催の方が、多くのリード情報が出展者に提供されているケースもありますが、現状、オンラインで獲得したリードは、それぞれの温度が見えづらいのが課題だと感じています。獲得したリードの中で、どのリードに対して優先的にアクションをとるべきか、どんなアクションをとるべきかは、主催者含め、出展者も悩まれるポイントです。

一方、現場でコミュニケーションが発生する”リアル”の展示会の良さは、課題意識や導入意欲といった熱を、直に感じることができる点だと思っています。この点については今後、オンライン展示会の新しいテクノロジーや、ビジネスモデルの在り方がどんどん変化し、進化していく部分なのだろうと感じています。また今後は、リアルとオンラインは共存していくのだと思います。

日本能率協会は、2020年11月には東京（東京ビッグサイト）での展示会を再開され、コロナ禍で開催される専門展示会としては初めてEventRegist、及び、[「店舗型東京版新型コロナ見守りサービス」](https://info.eventregist.com/weblog/covid-19_tec)を導入いただきました。

今回、このイベントを担当させていただき、個人的にもイベントの意義や在り方を改めて考える貴重な機会となりました。また、リアルの場で開催することにかける主催者様の強い思いを感じると共に、EventRegistとして様々な状況下でも利用いただけるサービス作りをしていきたいと身にしみて感じました。
