デジタル業界のセールス＆マーケ界隈に生息して13年。各種管理画面と会話しながら、忖度して諸々手配する仕事にどっぷり浸かってきたためか、生来の人見知りに磨きがかかっている今日このごろです。

とはいえ、仕事上、懇親会等で適切な人脈形成が求められ、そうも言ってられない場面が増えてきており、生来の人見知りとどう折り合いをつけるのかが、長年の頭痛の種でしたが、ワタシ内会議の結果、できるだけ幹事側にまわるという、やや斜め上からの解決策に日々、取り組むことにしております。

 

# 宴会幹事をやるメリット（人見知り的な観点）

・当日がんばらなくても、顔と名前を覚えてもらえる  
・はじめましての方にも話しかけるネタがある（事務的だけど）  
・基本的に感謝されているので、冷たくあしらわれるかも的な心配がいらない  
・進行や挨拶などを自分に振られる心配がない（すでに割り振ってあるから）  
・ぼっちになっても、全体を気にしている風を装えるから心を強く持てる  
・話が長い人に捕まっても、幹事業務を装って適切なタイミングで脱出できる  
・嫌いな食べ物をメニューから外すことができる（人見知り関係ないですが）  
※パリピや意識高い系ではなく、あくまでも人見知り的観点でのメリットです。

上記のようにやや後ろ向きなことを考えながら、実に前向きに幹事を引き受けている次第です。  
いくつか「人見知り的な」Tipsをまとめておきますので、宴会幹事に指名された同系統の方は参考にしていただければと思います。

 

# 人見知りの宴会幹事Tips

## ▼1：日程調整は早ければ早いほど良い

日程調整に手こずった経験をお持ちの方は多いかと思いますが、ギリギリのタイミングで急に幹事を振られたときほど、本当に厄介です。幹事をやると腹を決め、自分から手を上げて早めに動いておけば、最小稼働での日程調整が可能になります。俗に言う「偉い人」が多めなときほど、効果を発揮。乾杯や締めの挨拶の打診も合わせて行うとスムーズです。忘年会や新年会など、予め開催されるとわかっている宴会については、2ヶ月ほど前に動いておくと、予定が入っていることも少ないので、やり取りがとても少なく済みます。

## ▼2：お店の決定も早ければ早いほど良い

日程とセットで頭を悩ませるのが会場です。日程とある程度の人数が早い段階で決まっていたら、お店の手配も大変スムーズです。オンラインで解決できることも多く、人見知りにはもってこい。手配がギリギリのタイミングだと、お店側がすでに予約が入っている確率が高まるため、条件の合うお店をリストアップし、上から電話をかけていく（そして振られ続ける）という、人見知りには酷で不毛な時間を過ごすことになります。

## ▼3：案内時に費用感を告知する

案内時には費用感を告知しておくと、参加者は判断しやすいので親切かと思いますが、そこから費用が大きく増加するとクレームの要因になるかと思います。そのため、1次会は飲み放題込のコースを手配しておくことがおすすめです。費用感は会の参加メンバーとフトコロ状況を考慮して設定しましょう。

## ▼4：お店側に人数確定のタイミングを確認しておく

お店側にはコースを利用する人数の最終確定のタイミングを確認しておき、参加者、参加検討者へのリマインドを行う目安にします。その際、ドタキャンする場合は費用をお願いする場合がありますと伝えておきましょう。（事前に伝えてあったとしても、実際にはなかなか請求しにくいのが現実だと思いますが）

## ▼5：お店側に人数の交渉を行う

とはいえ、如何ともし難い理由でキャンセルになる方もいれば、開催日当日まで予定がわからず、急遽参加したいという連絡を入れてくる人もいます。その辺の見極めと対応を、いかにコミュニケーション量を少なく進行する人見知り幹事の腕の見せ所だと思っています。

私がよくやる手段としては、お店側には硬め読みの確定人数で連絡を入れておき、2～3名当日増える可能性があるとしておきます。また、人数増加の場合の対応について、料理無しで飲み放題飲みの追加が可能か、料理が足りない場合のアラカルトの追加は可能か、確認しておきます。  
女性参加者が多かったり、年齢層が40～50代の参加者が多かったりすると、料理は余りがちなので、結果的にはちょうど良かったってことも多いですが、もし足りない場合は、アラカルトで追加する形で調整しましょう。会費は全員分、同額を前提としますので、結果お釣りがでてしまいますが、それは二次会費用などに回せば問題ないかと。

## ▼6：会費の回収について

会費金額を固定しているので、遅くともお酒が入る前に回収しましょう。  
参加者が10人を超えてくると、最終的に受け取った金額に過不足は無いのかの確認などは非常に神経を使います。万が一足りない場合は、再度確認して回るなど、コミュ障には耐え難い対応を求められます。  
一番オーソドックスな回避方法としては、参加者リストを用意しておき、受付時に受領したらチェックを入れる方法だと思いますが、受付時に待たせる時間が増えてきますし、実に悩ましいところです。  
できるだけ会費を事前に回収しておいて、受付時の負担を増やしておくなどの工夫が必要です。

## ▼7：お支払いまわり

飲み放題のラストオーダーの頃合いあたりでお店側の支払いを済ませます。  
参加者の所属企業がバラバラだったりすると、個別に領収書が必要なケースもありますので、必要な方がいないか事前に確認しておきましょう。人数が多くて把握しきれない場合には、とりあえず全員分の領収書を用意しておくのがおすすめです。（お店側は大変ですが）。  
お支払いが完了したら、締めの挨拶の進行を行い、無事に会は終了となります。

## ▼8：二次会の手配について

二次会が大規模になりそうな予感がするときは、可能であれば別の幹事を指名しておき、別で動いてもらいましょう。二次会は仲間内でこじんまりと開催するケースであれば、気を使うこともないと思いますので、良さそうなお店にどうぞ。  
個人的には1次会ではあまり飲み食いできてないし、話せてもないので、二次会で人心地ついて呑兵衛の仲良しさんに慰労してもらえるように大抵は根回ししています。  
そうすると、1次会、2次会とセットで楽しい思い出となり、また次回も幹事やってもいいかなと思えるのです。

 

# 最後まで読んでくれた奇特な方に向けてのご案内

Facebookのイベントページの参加ボタンだと、ゆるすぎて正直当てにならないと感じることが多いですが、正式な受付を、イベントページからの申込み／会費支払いの完了としておくと、参加意思が明確に認識できて幹事側も安心です。  
もし、参加者が会費支払い完了後に都合がつかなくなった場合でも、主催者側がキャンセルボタンをポチするだけで、開催日より前であれば参加者に直接全額返金されます。  
※支払いから50日以上経過している場合、幹事様側に所定のキャンセル手数料を請求させていただきます。

・会費の事前回収により、当日集金の手間が省ける  
・入金が完了しているため、ドタキャン抑制になる  
・受付はQRコード読み取るだけなので受付人数が減らせる  
・来場者一覧の確認で、まだ誰が来ていないかもすぐわかる

会費が販売手数料分増えてしまいますが、幹事1名無料のお店を抑えたり、Tips▼5で発生した残金の一部で賄うなどで、工面できる範囲ですし、何より幹事も一緒に参加できる時間が増えるので、結果的に参加者の方にも喜んでもらえるかと思います。

 

まあ、時間ができたところで、人見知りですし挙動不審になるんですけどね。
