世界中のキーパーソンを一堂に集めた国内唯一のシェアカンファレンス、シェアリングエコノミー協会主催の『[シェアサミット2017](https://sharing-economy.jp/ja/summit/summit2017/)』が、2017年11月8日(水)・9日(木)に、ラフォーレミュージアム原宿で開催されました。

1日目の様子をレポートします。

### **シェアリングシティ認定式**

カンファレンスの冒頭では、シェアリングシティ認定式が行われ、認定された各自治体に認定証が授与されました。記念すべきシェアリングシティ登録第1号は、鹿児島県奄美市とのこと（ちなみにイベントレジストの代表のヒラヤマは、今回認定された横瀬町出身です！）。

シェアリングシティの認定要件は下記のとおり。

１．協会会員企業のシェアサービスを2つ以上導入している。  
２．導入したシェアサービスの普及促進に向けた自治体主導による広報PRの実行

　①自治体のHPに導線を用意  
　②自治体の広報誌等でアナウンス  
　③自治体主催による事業者と連携した導入サービスの勉強会実施

 

### **SHAREorDIE.**

本カンファレンスのテーマにもなっている「SHAREorDIE.」とてもインパクトのある言葉です。【#3 SHAREorDIE.～まちの消滅が叫ばれる時代の、生き残りを賭けた“シェア”という都市戦略～】では、ニール · ゴレンフロ氏（Shareable 共同創業者）が、「様々な問題が山積する現代においては、シェアという都市戦略が人類の幸福のために、重要な役割を果たす。」と熱いメッセージを語りました。

### **「なんか怖い」という見えない敵**

【#4 SHARE and JAPAN.～日本経済を牽引するシェアサービスの次なる展望～】では、日本と海外のシェアリングエコノミービジネスの相違点や、日本特有の課題などが語られました。

大きな相違点としては、海外では「コミュニティとの結びつきができる」ということが、シェアサービスを利用する大きなモチベーションなっているということです。また海外では、トラブルが起きた際、当事者同士の責任が追及されるのに対し、日本では、その矛先が国やサービス提供者に向けられるということも、大きな相違点である現状。日本特有の課題に関して、馬場光氏（株式会社ディー・エヌ・エーオートモーティブ事業部 Anyca事業責任者）は、次のように語りました。

「個人間のトラブルが怖い、事故が怖い、面倒だ、という理由に対しては、保険やテクノロジーで対応する方法がある。しかし、それがクリアになったとしても感情面で安心できる環境づくりが大切だ。」

### **「海外のカンファレンスのような雰囲気」芝生のサブ会場**

サブ会場も良い雰囲気を醸し出していました。なぜか、芝だとリラックスした空気間をつくり話しやすい環境に。「原宿ど真ん中！空きビルのガレージ活用シェア体験」と題し、原宿交差点ど真ん中に建つオリンピアアネックスビルの空きビルを活用し、 ”シェア”体験ができるスペースとして開放されました。

シェアリングサービスのデモンストレーションが行われたり、実際にその場でサービスを体験したりと、こちらの会場も盛り上がっていました。

### **体験することが、場所に行くことよりも大切になる**

長田英知氏（Airbnb Japan株式会社 執行役員 ホームシェアリング事業統括本部 統括本部長）は【#13 SHARE and World. ～シェアリングシティの今・未来・可能性～】にて、次のように語りました。

「観光地ではなかった地域が、祭りやイベントを機にシェアサービスを活用して、人を集める。集まった人と人がつながることによって、新たな価値が生まれ、かけがえのない体験になる。場所にいくことが目的ではなく、体験することが、その場所にいくことより大切になることもありうるだろう。また、元来日本には「おすそ分け」の文化があったので、その文化に改めてスポットを当てているだけの形かもしれない」と、シェアサービスとシェアリングシティの可能性を唱えました。

### **シェアリングエコノミー、未来**

多くの課題を抱える現代社会において、シェアリングエコノミーは重要な役割を担い、未来を変化させる大きな可能性があることが改めて第一線で活躍するそれぞれの分野のリーダーから発せられた非常に濃いセッションの連続でした。

個人が参加する身近な取り組みであり、それが集結した時には、既存の大きなパワーをはるかに上回る勢力になる。私たちはどう生きていくべきなのか、より良い未来を作るのは、私たちひとりひとりであることを実感した1日でした。
