![0624-TOP](http://info.eventregist.com/hubfs/images_blog-contents/0624-TOP.png)6月24日、セミナースペース「[TIP\*S](http://tips.smrj.go.jp/)」にて、中小機構/テクロコ/日本中小企業情報化支援協議会の主催で「中小企業の販促を劇的に進化させるクラウドソーシング活用術」というイベントが開催されました。

「お金がかけられない」「人手が足りない」「ノウハウがない」などの理由から販促活動に力を入れられない…とお悩みの中小企業・ベンチャー企業の方を対象に企画されたセミナーで、クラウドソーシング初心者のみなさんの疑問を解決する内容となっていました。

今回は、第一部「クラウドソーシングを活用した中小企業経営のポイント」の様子を中心にイベントレポートをお届けします。

 

### クラウドソーシングとは？

不特定の人（クラウド＝群衆）に業務を外部委託（アウトソーシング）するという意味の造語であり、発注者がインターネット上のウェブサイトで受注者を公募し、仕事を発注することができる働き方の仕組みのことです。（[情報通信白書平成26年版](http://www.soumu.go.jp/johotsusintokei/whitepaper/ja/h26/html/na000000.html)より）

2014年に上場したクラウドワークスやリアルワールドの他、今回のイベントの講師を務めたデフタパートナーズ山口豪志氏が昨年まで在籍していたランサーズなどが日本では知られた存在です。

 

### 右肩上がりのクラウドソーシング市場

山口氏は最初に、欧米から普及が始まったクラウドソーシング市場が日本でも急速に普及が広まっていることをデータを交えて解説。ワーカーとして登録している層を下記の4つのカテゴリーに分け、実際にどのようなスキルを持った方が登録しているのかを紹介しました。

 

＜クラウドソーシングに登録しているワーカー層＞

1. 就業経験のある「主婦層」
2. 「フリーランス層」
3. 資格は取得しているが経験が浅く、安価な報酬でも実績を作りたい「キャリア形成層」
4. 海外在住の「ロケーションフリー層」

 

### 業務内容を「分ければ」「分かる」

山口氏によると、クラウドソーシングに適した業務は「多くの人からリソース、ノウハウ、アイディアを募りたい業務」であり、クラウドソーシングで依頼するべきか否かは、業務内容を切り分けて考えたときに、「その業務は本当に社内でしかできない業務か？」という基準で判断することが重要であると強調していらっしゃいました。

 

### 誰に仕事を依頼するのか

「Web上の情報だけで仕事を依頼する人を選ぶのが難しい場合は、電話で話すか、可能であれば直接会って話すのが一番です」という山口氏からのアドバイスは説得力がありました。Webを介したシステムですが、結局最後は人なんですね。

 

### クラウドソーシングを利用する際の注意点

手軽に依頼ができて、専門業者に頼むより安価なのはクラウドソーシングの魅力ですが、「なんでもかんでもクラウドソーシングを利用すると失敗します」と山口氏。「外部に業務委託する場合も、ディレクションが出来る人間が必要。既存の社内業務を外部化するのは問題ないが、新規業務を最初から外部委託すると、プロジェクトをマネージメント出来る人が社内にいないので失敗する確率が高い」とのこと。

しかし、「新しいことを始めたいけどわからないから外部に依頼したい…」というニーズがあるのも事実。「そんなときは、”アドバイザーとしてコンサルティングごと仕事を依頼する”という選択肢があります」と解決策を提示し、後に続く第二部、第三部でサービス紹介を行うクラウドソーシングサービス提供社のみなさんにうまくパスを回す形で一部を締めくくりました。
