![150302-TOP](http://info.eventregist.com/hs-fs/hub/357628/file-2561206584-jpg/images_blog-contents/150302-TOP.jpg)イベント開催に向けてあと少しになってきたタイミングでは、受付開始から終了までをスムーズにするため、イベント運営マニュアルを作成し、スタッフ全員で内容を共有することが必要です。また、前回ブログで紹介しました"[忘れがちな受付スタッフへの共有事項](https://info.eventregist.com/weblog/information-to-share-with-reception-staff)"についても、いざというとき、イベント運営マニュアルに対応方法が記載されていれば、対応可能となります。今回は、イベント成功に向けて、大事な役割を担うイベントマニュアルを作るにあたっての必要情報や注意点を確認したいと思います。

### 会場図/プログラム概要

トイレやセミナールームの場所は、もちろんですが、その他施設内情報についても記載し、各スタッフが質問時にスムーズな回答が可能な状態にしましょう。また、プログラム概要についても、参加者へお渡しするパンフレットに記載されていることがほとんどであると思いますが、参加者からプログラムがどのような内容か質問を受ける場合もありますので、イベント運営マニュアルに記載しておきましょう。

 

### 運営組織図

責任者、スタッフの名前、必要な場合は、全員の連絡先を記載しておきましょう。少なくとも責任者の連絡先は、緊急時の連絡先として必要となります。また、イベント開催中のスタッフのシフトについても記載しておきましょう。どのタイミングで誰がどこにいるか把握するのに必要となります。

 

### 運営概要

イベント内でプログラム（セミナー）などを企画している場合は、スタッフ配置図やプログラムの進行フローを記載しましょう。本番の流れを想定し、事前にスタッフ全員で確認することで、修正点も見えてきます。また、受付では、事前登録有り、事前登録無し、チケットを忘れた場合など、様々な対応方法が想定されますので、各パターンを記載し、それぞれの状況でどのように対応するべきかを記載しましょう。

 

### 備考

最後に忘れがちなのが、緊急事態などの避難場所になります。災害が起きた際に、どこに避難するのか、どのように誘導するのかを明確にし、イベント運営マニュアルに記載しましょう。
