![150218-3](http://info.eventregist.com/hs-fs/hub/357628/file-2497345628-png/images_blog-contents/150218-3.png)いざイベントを開催（出展）することが決まると、予算策定から会場の選定、集客をどうするか等々、イベント担当者はやらなくてはならないことが山のように降ってきてとにかく多忙です。そうこうしている間にイベント当日を迎えてしまい、「ノベルティまで手が回らなかった」という経験をお持ちになった方は意外と多くいらっしゃるのではないでしょうか。

 

今回はノベルティ制作の大まかな流れとその際のポイントを解説したいと思います。

 

 

例えば、トートバッグを制作すると想定した場合の納品までのイメージは次のようになります。

※ノベルティによって量産にかかる期間が変わる可能性があります。

 

### 1. イメージを固める（配布まで2.5ヶ月）

ノベルティの種類はピンからキリまで星のごとく存在します。しっかりとイメージを固めてから選ばないと、決めきれず手間と時間がかかってしまいます。

配布の目的（どんなお客様に配るのか、どんなことを感じてもらいたいか）、必要数、予算、過去にどんなものを配ってきたか、配ってみたいものは例えば何か、等を自社内でヒアリングも交えて纏めるとよいでしょう。

 

### 2. ノベルティ制作会社に依頼～選定（配布まで2か月前）

ノベルティの種類が星のごとくあれば、制作会社もまたしかりです。「安さ」、「品揃え」、「スピード」だけでなく、自社のことをよく理解した上で提案をしてくれる制作会社を選ぶことをおススメします。

また、ノベルティに自社のロゴやメッセージを入れる場合は、その段取りも事前に行っておくとスムーズです。

 

### 3. 納品から配布までを段取る（配布まで3日～前日）

量産が始まると一安心してしまいますが意外と見落としがちなのが納品と配布です。自社に納品してもらう場合はさほど心配いりませんが、特に制作会社からイベント会場に直接送ってもらう場合は、受け入れ先の態勢（担当者、時間）や事前申請書等が必要ないか、などを必ず確認しておきましょう。また、配布までにアッセンブリが必要な場合は、いつどこでだれが作業するのかなども余裕を持って決めておくことも大切です。
