![150508-TOP](http://info.eventregist.com/hubfs/images_blog-contents/150508-TOP.jpg)前回、[イベントレジストが解決する課題-part1-](https://info.eventregist.com/weblog/how-eventregist-solve-the-problem-of-the-event-1)では、イベントレジストを活用することで、そもそも効果の低い業務を廃止し、廃止することでコスト削減する方法をご紹介いたしました。今回は、次のポイントとして、廃止することが難しい業務であるが、イベントレジストを活用することで、簡易的に効率化を行い、担当者の業務工数を減らしていく例をご紹介したいと思います。

 

### 1. チェックイン業務

#### **業務内容**

申込者がイベント当日、参加したかを確認する入場管理業務

#### **狙い**

マーケティングデータ取得、不正防止（※主に有料イベント）

#### **導入後**

イベントレジストは、チェックイン時にQRコード読取（※[イベントレジストのチェックイン用アプリ](https://info.eventregist.com/library/checkin-basic)）を採用しており、参加者の方々は、3パターンの提示方法 - 1. 紙チケット（印刷）、2. イベントレジスト参加者用アプリ、3. PDF表示（スマートフォン）の提示方法（いずれか一つ）によって、簡単に素早く、受付完了することが可能。その結果、これまで受付で行列のできていたイベントでは、並ぶ必要がなくなり、また、受付業務に必要なスタッフの人件費削減を実現。

### 2. 告知/集客業務

#### **業務内容**

様々なチャネルを活用したプロモーション業務

#### **狙い**

イベント申込者数の増加

#### **導入後**

イベントレジストは、販売期間、種類など、主催者が自由にチケット管理することが可能、かつ、無料でSNSとの連携サービスを提供しており、申込者から申込者へのプロモーション（拡散）が可能。その結果、早期割引期間を設けたチケット販売によって、達成すべき申込者数に対して、計画的なプロモーション活動を実施。また、SNS連携によって、新規顧客へのプロモーションを行い、集客数増加を実現。
