イベントには様々な形態がありますが、無料イベントにするか、有料イベントにするかはイベントの収支を検討する上で大きな分かれ道です。そして有料イベントや有料セミナーをいざ開催すると決めた場合、実は様々な手間が発生してしまいます。それらを解決する EventRegist の主な機能をご紹介します。

 

### 有料イベント決済に EventRegist を利用するメリット

有料チケットを販売しようとすると、色々な手間や課題が発生します。特に企業が主催するイベントの場合、イベントを主催している部署だけではなく、経理部門などの管理部門とも擦り合わせた上で、決済をどうするか、振込対応を受けることができるかどうかなどを検討しなくてはなりません。いざ有料チケットを販売すると決め手も、自社で全て対応しようとすると、様々な課題が発生します。

例えば次のような課題がある場合、EventRegist をご利用いただくとすぐに解決することができます。

 

#### **オンライン決済を自社でやるには、時間・手間・コストがかかる**

自社でオンライン決済のシステムを導入しようとすると、システム部門や外部の決済代行会社との打ち合わせ、自社サイトへの導入開発、導入後の社内オペレーションの決定など様々なタスクが発生します。すぐに導入しようとしてもある程度の時間がかかりますし、コストも発生します。

EventRegist を使えば、有料イベントの申込受付をしたいと思ったらすぐに申込みページを作成し、それと同時に有料チケットの決済も開始できます。また、チケットの販売代金はイベント終了後にまとめてお振込となりますので、企業主催のイベントの場合でも、申込者ごとに入金されているかどうかを確認するなどの付き合わせの手間が発生することはありません。

 

#### **領収書の発行が面倒**

イベント主催者の方にとって、有料チケット販売時に手間になるのが領収書の発行です。申込者一人一人の要望に沿って、その都度領収書を作成すると煩雑になり、また、それらを郵送する場合はコストもかかります。EventRegist の場合は、申込者の方が EventRegist のマイチケットページから領収書データを表示することができるため、主催者の方が領収書を作成したりする必要はありません。

 

#### **返金の対応をするのが大変**

やむを得ない理由で申込者の方がイベント参加のキャンセルを求めてきた場合、有料イベントでは返金作業が発生します。主催者の方が申込者の方へ直接返金をする場合は、一般的に申込者の方の銀行口座などを伺い返金手続きをしなければなりません。この作業だけでも大変ですが、特に企業が主催している場合は、その企業の経理部門に返金作業を依頼する必要もあります。

EventRegist の場合、管理画面から該当する方の申込情報をキャンセルするだけで自動的に返金作業が完了します。主催者の方が返金先の銀行口座などを確認する必要もありません。
