![150721-TOP](http://info.eventregist.com/hubfs/images_blog-contents/150721-TOP.jpg)社内の誰かに登壇を依頼するような自社セミナーや、社外の方にスピーカーとして登壇をお願いするようなイベントの場合、イベント当日までの期間に登壇者の方とのやり取りが必ず発生します。

イベントのコンテンツの中心となるこれらのセッションを気持ちよく実施することができるよう、登壇者の方に予め伝えておくべきことは何でしょうか。また、イベントの進行をスムーズにするため予め聞いておいた方が良いことは何でしょうか。

登壇依頼をし先方のOKをもらったら、まずはじめに、イベント運営チームの中から登壇者の担当をするメンバーを確定し、その担当メンバーと登壇者をつなぐようにしましょう。登壇者の方が何かわからないことがあれば、そのメンバーへすぐに連絡ができる状態を作ることが重要です。

イベントの規模があまり大きくない場合、この役割をイベントの責任者が兼ねていることもありますが、イベント当日が近づくにつれ責任者がケアしなくてはいけない範囲はどんどん増えていきます。登壇者の方のちょっとした心配事や質問にすぐ答えることができるよう、登壇者担当のメンバーは責任者とは別にしておくことをおすすめします。

### 登壇者（スピーカー）へ伝えること

セッション内容を良いものにしていくため、登壇が決定した方にはイベント主催者側から提供できる情報はできる限り提供していきましょう。最低限、以下のことは早めに伝えておくのが良いです。

**■ イベントの趣旨**

イベント全体のテーマ、このイベントを通して来場者の方々にどのようなメッセージを伝えたいのか。

#### **■ イベントの来場者層や人数**

来場人数だけではなく、どのような層の方々がお越しになるのかも伝えておきましょう。来場申込みの際に来場者の方の社名や部署、役職などを取得しているのであれば、それを簡単にまとめて登壇者の方にお知らせした方が良いケースもあります。

#### **■ 持ち時間**

登壇時間です。セッションの最後にQ&Aを入れたいのであれば、それも鑑みた登壇時間とする必要があります。余裕を持ってプレゼンテーションの作成をしていただけるよう、登壇が決定したらできるだけ早いタイミングでお伝えしましょう。

#### **■ リハーサルの時間を鑑みた集合時間**

リハーサルはイベントを開始する前におこなうため、その登壇者の方のセッションがイベントの最後の方だったとしても、イベント開始前にお越しいただく必要があります。その場合、登壇者の方はセッションの登壇時間よりかなり前から時間を確保しておく必要が出てきてしまいます。そのため、これも登壇が決定したらできるだけ早いタイミングでお伝えしておきましょう。

#### **■ 全体プログラム**

意外と見落としがちなのですが、登壇者の方はイベントの全体プログラムを必ず確認したいとおっしゃいます。プログラム全体を見ながら、そのセッションで話すべきことを計画したいためです。プログラム全体、各セッションのテーマや登壇者については、確定したものから共有するようにすると良いでしょう。

 

### 登壇者（スピーカー）へ確認すること

#### **■ セッションのタイトル**

イベントの告知の際、具体的なセッションのタイトルがあるとないとでは、集客に大きく影響します。登壇者の方とセッションのタイトルは早めに確定させ、確定したものは随時イベントの告知ページやプログラムに反映していきましょう。

#### **■ プレゼンテーションの機材とソフト**

登壇時、運営側で用意したPCを使うのか、登壇者の方が持参するPCを使うのかをまず決定しましょう。運営側で用意したPCを使う場合は、そのPCの情報を伝えておき、登壇者の方が用意するプレゼンテーションソフト（PowerPoint / Keynote など）に対応できる端末を用意しておく必要があります。登壇者の方が持参するPCを使う場合は、そのPCがMacなのかWindowsなのか、プレゼンテーションソフトは何なのかを確認しておきましょう。

#### **■ 動画やインターネット接続の有無**

プレゼンテーションで動画を再生したり、インターネットにつないだ操作が必要かどうかを確認しておきましょう。動画を再生する場合、動画のファイル形式によっては運営側で用意したPCでうまく再生できなかったり、PowerPointに埋め込んだ動画が再生できないなど、予測しないトラブルの発生する確率が高くなります。運営側で用意したPCでプレゼンテーションをおこなう場合、動画だけ先に登壇者からお預かりしておき、再生可能かどうかを確認することをおすすめします。

また、インターネット環境が必要な場合、登壇者用のネット環境は出来る限り有線LANを用意しておいた方が良いです。無線LANを来場者と共用で利用するような場合、アクセス状況によって速度が遅くなったり、最悪の場合は利用できなくなってしまうことがあるからです。

#### **■ 配布資料の有無**

登壇者の方が来場者に配りたい資料がある場合、来場者が受付をはじめる前に席に置いたり、配布の準備をしておく必要があります。配布資料がある場合は、できるだけ事前にお預かりしておきましょう。
