多くの方々の多大なるご協力のもとに無事大成功を迎えたBACKSTAGE([http://backstage.tours](http://backstage.tours/))は、イベント主催者の方々・イベント マーケティングに携わる方々や、イベント業界の方々を対象としたものでした。イベントをはじめとしたエクスペリエンス マーケティング（体験価値）の仕掛け人の方や、さまざまな業界のイノベーターに登壇していただき、これまで語られることの少なかった舞台裏「BACKSTAGE」についてお話いただき、「学び」、「ネットワーキング」する事が目的のイベントでした。

そんなBACKSTAGEでは、参加者として皆さんにEventRegistをご利用していただくのはもちろんのこと、「主催者」としてEventRegistの機能をフルに活用しました。

ここでは、そこで改めて実感した、「主催者の皆様に是非お勧めしたいEventRegistの利用方法」をイベント主催者の視点で数回に分けてご紹介したいと思います。

今回は、BACKSTAGEのテーマの一つ、「ネットワーキング」を促進のための工夫についてお話しします。

 

### セルフチェックイン＋ラベルプリント

EventRegistを利用した場合の受付方法は幾つかありますが、代表的なパターンは、

**1. QRコードチケットを印刷して持参していただく。  
2. QRコードをスキャン  
3. 4つ折りにしてネームホルダーに入れる。**

この場合、スムーズな受付はもちろんのこと、PASS台紙作成の手間・コスト削減などのメリットがあります。  
しかし、今回のBACKSTAGEでは更に一歩進み、「セルフチェックイン+ラベルプリント」を実施しました。

**受付方法は次の通りです。**

**1. ご自身でQRコードリーダーにかざし、チェックインしていただく。**  
**2. その場でラベルプリンタから社名・お名前入りのラベルが出力される。**  
**3. 受付スタッフがラベルをPASS台紙に貼付け、ホルダーに入れる。**

  
**【メリット】**

**1. QRコードの読み取りを参加者自身が行うため、受付スタッフは印刷されたラベルを貼るのみ。  
2. スマホやモバイルなど、チケットレスでチェックイン。  
3. お名刺よりも大きくお名前・社名が表示される。**

特に3のメリットについて、ネットワーキングを目的としているイベントでは、名入りPASSを発行したい主催者様が多いのですが、当日の受付のオペレーションを考えるとどうしてもお名刺をPASSホルダーに入れる事になり、文字が小さく、見づらい状態になっています。

ラベルプリントしたパスでは、住所など余計な情報をそぎ落とすことができるため、社名と名前が大きく表示され、ネットワーキングの際に目的の方を簡単に探すことができるようになります。

 

### マッチングシステム「Jublia」

イベント向けビジネスマッチングプラットフォーム「 Jublia 」は、イベント当日に会ってみたい方に事前にアポイントの打診をすることができ、参加者同士のネットワーキングを促進させるシステムです。今回はイベント当日をより有意義に過ごしていただけるよう、この Jublia を活用しました。

**【利用方法】**

**1. イベント申込み後、ログイン情報のメールが届く。  
2. Web上でマイページにログイン  
3. 自分の興味のある分野などを登録**  
**4. 商談相手を探し、アポイントを打診する。**  
※イベントお申込み時に Jublia のご利用についての許諾を受諾しております。

Jublia は「参加者x出展者」だけではなく、参加者同士、出展者同士のアポイント打診ができ、中には終日 Jublia でのアポイントで埋まっているという方も多数いらっしゃり、「イベントに参加した意義があった」という声が多数寄せられました。
