[Tweet](https://twitter.com/share) ![TOA_01_top](https://info.eventregist.com/hs-fs/hubfs/TOA_01_top.jpg?width=1200&name=TOA_01_top.jpg) インフォバーングループのテックカンファレンス『TOAワールド・ショーケース2021』が、2021年2月15日・16日の2日間に渡り、初のオンライン形式で開催されました。 欧州最大規模のテックカンファレンス「TOA（Tech Open Air）」から派生し、日本では2017年から開催されている「TOAワールドツアー東京」は、これまで会場にイノベーターが集まるリアルイベントとして実施してきましたが、今回は初のオンライン開催となりました。 当オンラインイベントのプラットフォームとして「EventRegist-enavle（エネイブル）」を導入いただきましたので、企画・運営を担当されたインフォバーングループの木村 啓一郎氏、亀山 愛氏、蓙谷 香乃氏にお話を伺いました。 --- TOAを実施された目的を教えてください 私たちは「イノベーターのネットワークを作ること」をコンセプトに、1年に1回、東京でTOAを開催してきました。4度目となる今回は、人が集まることが制限されるコロナ禍の状況で、例年どおりオフラインでできるのか、オンラインに切り替えるのかなど検討しましたが、結論として、イノベーターの灯を絶やさないために意見を交わす場を提供することが必要だと考え、オンラインで実施することにしました。 また、TOA自体のコンセプトは、「参加者であるイノベーターたちがただセッションを聞くだけではなく、聞いたことを自分ごととして捉え、インスピレーションを受けて課題を解決したり、新しいアイデアを共有したりアウトプットしたりすること」です。それらのコンセプトに沿ったイベントの実現のため、ディスカッションするツールとして、オンラインホワイトボード「[Miro](https://miro.com/)」やグラフィックレコーディングを活用したことが、今回のイベントの特徴的な部分にもなりました。   --- enavle（エネイブル）導入にいたった理由を教えて下さい。 ひとつは、プラットフォームとして枠が決まっていることによる運用のしやすさです。 今まで、自分たちで配信画面を作っていたイベントでは、画面のデザインを考え、コーディングし、実装し、それらの確認に工数と費用をかけていました。自由度が高いがゆえに仕様変更が生まれやすく、たとえばロゴをどこに出すかという点ひとつとっても、スポンサーごとに変えることも可能となり、その調整にも時間がかかっていました。また、サーバーに実装したあとで修正するにも、都度エンジニアを動かす必要がありました。 enavleはプラットフォームなので、できること、できないことがある程度決まっており、その範囲内で自分で設定を進めることができるので、今までより工数削減ができる点は費用対効果が大きいと感じました。 また、設定変更や修正が必要な時に、エンジニアではなくイベントの運用メンバーが、管理画面から操作して対応できる点も、導入を決めるうえで大きなポイントだったと思います。   --- 実際に EventRegist-enavle を使ってみていかがでしたか？追加で欲しい機能などありますか？ 使用感については、内部の者に視聴者としての感想も聞いてみたところ、評判が良かったので、他のイベントでもenavleを導入する話が進んでいます。 特に、視聴者が、enavleのプラットフォームの中で他の情報に遷移できることが良かったと思います。ひとつのウィンドウで、セッションを視聴しながら、同時にスポンサー情報を見たりタイムテーブルを確認したりできるので、視聴者の離脱を防ぐことができます。 画面作りに関しては、海外のオンラインイベントからインスピレーションを得て、「あのイベントみたいに作りたい」という社内からのオファーがあり、決して、見慣れたオンラインミーティングのようにスピーカーの顔が並んでいるだけの画面にしないようこだわりました。 視聴画面の合成や凝った画面作り、配信ツールとの連携など、enavle内で実現するためにイベレジさんにもご協力いただいて、非常にきれいに仕上げることができ、満足しています。 【EventRegist-enavleの視聴画面イメージ】 ![TOA_02](https://info.eventregist.com/hs-fs/hubfs/TOA_02.png?width=492&name=TOA_02.png) 【本イベントでの導入プラン】 　■ オンラインイベントでのスポンサーシップの投資対効果を見える化する　 　　　EventRegist-enavle（エネイブル） [![新規CTA](https://no-cache.hubspot.com/cta/default/357628/89b28696-1113-4e59-9e98-acf7885eedea.png)](https://cta-redirect.hubspot.com/cta/redirect/357628/89b28696-1113-4e59-9e98-acf7885eedea) 追加で欲しい機能については、参加者の行動履歴のデータが、ダッシュボード上で、よりわかりやすく表示されるといいと思います。現状は、後日生データをいただいても、それを分析してからじゃないと使えないですよね。 やはり管理画面から、その参加者がいつログインして、どのセッションを見て、どこで離脱したか、どこをクリックして資料ダウンロードしたか、何人がこのサービスに興味を示したか、という細かい情報が見られると、スポンサーや企業側にその情報をお戻ししやすく、それが商談の種になり次のアクションにつながるので、enavleにとっても大きな強みになると思います。 例えば、スピーカー情報のリンクをクリックした参加者が、プラットフォームの中から直接企業に問い合わせができたり、顔が見られてミーティングを設定できるなど、ネットワーキングのシステムと連携して、企業と参加者がシームレスにアクセスできる導線があると、非常にメリットが大きいと思います。 もうひとつは、スマホで閲覧したときに、画面が小さくて見づらかったり音声が途切れたりしたので、スマホの閲覧用アプリがあると、もっと気軽に参加できると思いました。 運用面でいうと、enavleではなくEventRegistの機能になると思いますが、参加者に対して一斉メールを送ることができると助かります。現状は、参加者だけにメールを送る機能がないため、新着情報投稿機能を使いましたが、申込者向けのクローズド案内を送る方法があると便利だと思います。 --- 貴重なご意見をいただきありがとうございます。データの扱いについては弊社でも検討しておりますので、改修が進んだらまた共有させてください。　   ![TOA_03](https://info.eventregist.com/hs-fs/hubfs/TOA_03.png?width=1200&name=TOA_03.png)   --- 今後実施していきたいセミナーやイベントについて教えてください。 世の中のイベントがオフラインからオンラインへシフトしていく中で、弊社としても、いくつか抱えている大きなイベントを、なるべくその価値を下げずに提供する方法を考えています。 TOAは、冒頭で申し上げたとおり「イノベーターのネットワークを作ること」をコンセプトとして開催してきましたので、今回オンラインで、今までと同等の価値が出せたかというと、参加者とスピーカーとの交流の部分では正直難しいところもありました。その足りない部分を補完する意味で、積極的に、ネットワーキングを目的とした機能やツールを取り入れたいと感じています。 オンラインだけで、リアルでできていたコミュニケーションの再現を目的とすると、かなわない部分はあると思うので、やはりハイブリッド開催を考えていきたいです。 今回は東京以外の方にも参加していただけて、他の地域との連携が出来たことで、オンラインならではの良さも感じました。それを何らかの形で続けるには、例えば、札幌や神戸にパブリックビューイング会場を設け、それぞれにアイデアを共有する場があり、東京を含めた3ヶ所が繋がる時間があると、リアルの良いところとオンラインの拡張のような部分が融合するんじゃないかなと思っています。 --- あなたにとってイベントとは？ 難しいですね(笑)。 弊社はメディアの会社なので、イベントもメディアの1つです。イベントもコミュニティも含めて、広い意味では全部「メディア」だと思っています。 ![TOA_04](https://info.eventregist.com/hs-fs/hubfs/TOA_04.jpg?width=1200&name=TOA_04.jpg)   --- ご協力ありがとうございました。 --- 編集後記 初のオンライン開催であった「TOAワールド・ショーケース2021」は、株式会社インフォバーンTOAチームの皆様の豊富なアイディアにより、視聴者が“視聴する”だけではなく、“参加する”イベントを実現されていたことが印象的でした。 イベント当日は、収録会場でのイベント運営も弊社にて担当させていただきましたが、オンラインホワイトボード「Miro」にたくさんコメントが寄せられる様子や、グラフィックレコーディングの展開のスピードに、終始驚いておりました。 弊社としても、今後、「リアルの良いところとオンラインの拡張のような部分が融合」したイベントの開催をサポートできるよう、機能アップデートを行っていきたいと感じました。 Topics: [ご活用事例](https://info.eventregist.com/case-study/topic/ご活用事例) -
