2016年8月22日「FOODiT TOKYO 2016」が開催されました。

本イベントは、今年が開催2年目となり、外食産業×ITを基本とした各サービスの事例紹介を含む、複数セッションの実施と交流会の場として、2015年よりスタートしたイベントになります。今回は、「FOODiT TOKYO 2016」の主催者である、株式会社トレタのマーケティンググループ・PRをご担当の田（でん）美智子様にお話を伺いました。

 

### 外食産業の未来をみんなでつくる!!

--- 今回、「FOODiT TOKYO 2016」を開催することになったきっかけを教えてください。

FOODiT TOKYO開催に込めた思いとしては、トレタが飲食店に活用していただくサービスということもありますが、先進的なITサービスの知見や導入事例を共有することで、外食産業で勢いのある経営者がどんどん新たな技術を取り入れ、業界全体が活性化することを目指しています。また、一方でまだまだ飲食業界には根強いITアレルギーを持たれているかたも多くいらっしゃるので、このイベントに参加していただくことで、"これなら自分でもできそう"、"やらなければいけないんだ"という気持ちを後押ししていけたらと考えております。

### 外食産業×ITのイベントは、なによりスマートに

--- なぜイベントレジストを使おうと思ったのでしょうか。

2015年の第1回は、Googleフォーム、FAX、営業の代理受付と様々なチャネルからの申込受付を行い、そのデータをもとに当日運営を行いました。そのため、各流入先のデータを統合したり、イベントの受付時には、名前を検索したりとアナログに近い運営体制での開催となりました。2016年開催に向けて、規模を大きくする目標もありましたので、前回の運用・運営ではなく、IT業界の主催者として、よりスマートな運用・運営を目指しました。その際、ソーシャルチケッティングのサービスが一般的に普及していることは把握していましたが、その中でも大規模カンファレンスなどで利用されているサービス、かつ、サービス導入だけでなく、サポートまで対応していただけるのがイベントレジストでした。

--- 実際にイベレジを使ってみて、いかがでしたか？

準備では、招待コード機能を利用することによって、来場者に対して、プレミアム感やイベントの価値をお伝えすることができ、申込者数を把握しながらチケット販売の方針を考えて行うことができました。また、イベントレジストには入力に必要な項目が一通り揃っているので、設定もそれを選択するのみで非常に簡単でした。自社でフォームを作成するよりも時間が省略でき、また入力される方の障壁を下げることができ価値のある導入でした。

当日の受付では当初QRコードの表示をしてもらえず受付が渋滞するのでは、などの不安がありましたが、事前にイベレジ上で何度もその旨お伝えしていたことも功を奏して、みなさんきちんとQRコードを表示くださったり、印刷してお持ちいただけたので全く問題なくスムーズに運営することができました。また、来場者数もリアルタイムに把握できましたので、誘導など運営方針を随時対応することができ、目標としていたスマート運営を達成することができました。

なにより、準備から終了までの共通となりますが、イベントレジストのサポートがとても丁寧で素早く、例えば、弊社の担当者が変わったときであっても、安心して、詳細の引継ぎを行わなくても、対応していただけたのは、素晴らしかったです。各機能の説明はもちろんですが、イベントレジストをいじるのが楽しくなるまで対応してくれ、当日もそばでサポートしていただくことで、一緒にイベントを作っていただく感じを体験できました。

--- FOODiT TOKYOを今後、どのようにしていきたいですか。

FOODiT TOKYO 2015からスタートし、2016についても、"もっとたくさん話が聞きたい"、"もっとつながりを持ちたい"と反応・評判はとても良く、飲食店さまからもIT関係者からも、こういった場が求められていることを実感することができました。そのため、今後は業界認知を高めて、一部の方だけではなく、より多くの飲食関係者が　"FOODiT TOKYOに行きたい"　と未来への期待や夢を持って参加を望むような業界イベントにしていきたいと思っています。

また、イベントレジストを通じて、今年来場された方のデータは取得できているので、来年はさらにマーケティングを強化しつつ、運営をパワーアップさせ、コンテンツの質についてもあげていきたいです。

余裕があれば、飲食店同士がつながるミニイベントのような形もつくっていけたらと考えております。皆さん、引続きよろしくお願いいたします。
