[Tweet](https://twitter.com/share) ![hamamatsu_01_TOP](https://info.eventregist.com/hs-fs/hubfs/hamamatsu_01_TOP.png?width=1200&height=629&name=hamamatsu_01_TOP.png) 静岡県浜松市で毎年春の大型連休中に開催され、170以上の町が参加する「凧揚げ合戦」や80台以上の屋台による「御殿屋台の引き回し」などで盛り上がりを見せる「浜松まつり」。2023年の浜松まつりでは、最終日の5月5日に大河ドラマの出演者を迎え、市中心街で「家康公騎馬武者行列@浜松まつり」が開催されました。 沿道には定員2万2千人の観覧区画が設けられ、事前の応募・抽選やイベント当日の参加者を管理するシステムとして「EventRegist」を導入いただきました。 取り組みの背景にあった課題と「EventRegist」に対する評価について、株式会社エイエイピーの花枝一則氏にお話を伺いました。   **--- 家康公騎馬武者行列@浜松まつりにおける貴社の役割をお聞かせください。** 弊社は静岡県静岡市に本社を置く、地域密着の総合広告代理店です。営業拠点として東北や東京、関西まで10の支店・営業所を全国各地に設置し、それぞれの地域のお客様が抱えている課題を解決し、地域社会に貢献するため、広告企画のプロフェッショナルとして活動しております。 今年2023年に開催された「家康公騎馬武者行列@浜松まつり」は、長年に渡って浜松市役所様と広告や印刷、イベント分野でお付き合いしている弊社浜松支店が担当させていただきました。今回の「家康公騎馬武者行列@浜松まつり」では、企画全体のプランニングから、申込管理や会場設営、イベント当日の会場運営や警備、騎馬武者行列の進行管理など、弊社ともう1社が共同して進めることになりました。   ![hamamatsu_02](https://info.eventregist.com/hs-fs/hubfs/hamamatsu_02.png?width=600&height=314&name=hamamatsu_02.png)   「家康公騎馬武者行列@浜松まつり」は開催規模が非常に大きく、その背景にはイベントの目玉に大河ドラマ「どうする家康」の出演者を迎えたこと、アクセスのよい市中心街での開催となったいことが挙げられます。   **--- 家康公騎馬武者行列@浜松まつりの開催では、どのようなお悩みがあったのでしょうか。** 「家康公騎馬武者行列」の企画が立ち上がったタイミングで、韓国で痛ましい雑踏事故が発生しました。その教訓から、狭い場所に人が殺到するような事態が起こらないよう、細心の注意を払う必要があったのです。そこで制限なく観覧いただくのではなく、観覧区画ごとに定員を設定し、抽選による事前申込みを必須とすることになりました。 ただ、抽選による事前申込みを実施する場合、イベント管理システムが膨大な応募数に耐えられないかもしれないとの不安がありました。また、システムに関することで疑問やトラブルが発生した際に、電話やメールですぐにサポートを受けられるかどうかも重視していました。 その際に参考としたのが、2022年11月に開催された「ぎふ信長まつり」の「信長公騎馬武者行列」です。同じ騎馬武者行列ということで、膨大な数の応募を処理した抽選方法や、イベント当日の運営などを参考にする中で、イベント管理サービスにEventRegistが導入されていることを知りました。 そこからイベントレジスト社に連絡させていただき、過去の開催実績から膨大な応募数でも問題なく処理できることや、運用開始からイベント当日まで、臨機応変にスピード感のあるサポートをしていただけることをお聞きし、お取り組みさせていただくことを決定しました。 --- 【本イベントでご利用いただいたプレミアム機能】 [抽選申込（事前審査）](https://support.eventregist.com/ja/knowledge/lottery-assigned-ticket-event) *イベン*ト応募者の、当選・落選・キャンセル待ちを指定*し、当選者のみにチケットを発行*することができます。競合*にあたる*方の申込みの除外など、事前審査としても利用可能な機能です。 [このイベントに関する注意書き](https://support.eventregist.com/ja/knowledge/editing-event-info#help_edit_06) 申込者の「マイチケット」画面と、チケット申込時に自動送信される「申込確認メール」に、主催者から申込者の方に向けた注意書きを、目立つように表示する機能です。 本イベントでは、抽選結果の通知方法や、イベント当日の本人確認などに関する注意事項を掲載しました。 [お問い合わせページを設定](https://support.eventregist.com/ja/knowledge/contact-to-settings) デフォルトのお問い合わせフォーム以外に、任意のお問い合わせ先や文言を掲載できる機能です。本イベントでは、イベントに関する「よくあるご質問（FAQ）」も掲載しました。 ![](https://info.eventregist.com/hubfs/image-png-Aug-29-2023-07-46-38-8687-AM.png) [チケットのデザイン編集](https://support.eventregist.com/ja/knowledge/editing-the-ticket-design) 本イベントでは、当日の受付方法やエリア区分情報をチケットに掲載し、スムーズな入場を促しました。 --- **--- EventRegistの導入は、どのように進行しましたか。** 「家康公騎馬武者行列@浜松まつり」が開催される5月の、およそ2ヶ月前からEventRegistを導入し、急ピッチで準備をはじめました。まずはデモ画面を提供いただき、1ヶ月ほどかけて観覧者募集ページを作成していきました。初めて触った操作画面でしたが、特段使いにくさを感じることもなく、自然な操作でページ作成を進められたと記憶しています。 その後、4月3日より募集を開始し、開催日の1週間前に結果をメールで通知し、イベント当日は送付された入場チケットのQRコードと、転売対策として本人確認書類を提示いただきました。   ![hamamatsu_03](https://info.eventregist.com/hs-fs/hubfs/hamamatsu_03.png?width=1000&height=575&name=hamamatsu_03.png)   **--- EventRegistの導入にあたって、どのようなサポートがありましたか。** イベントレジストの担当者の方のアドバイスを参考に、応募する方が迷わないため、また運営事務局への問い合わせが殺到しないよう、観覧者募集ページにさまざまな注意事項を載せました。その他にも、応募時に入力ミスをしてしまった方のために、一定期間は申し込み内容を修正できる機能をご紹介いただき、実際に活用することができました。 担当者の方から、過去の実体験に基づいた的確なアドバイスをいただいたこと、そしてレスポンスよくご対応いただけたので、タイトなスケジュールでも無事に開催に間に合ったことが印象に残っています。   **--- EventRegistの導入によって、どのような成果が得られましたか。** 膨大な数の応募が寄せられたことを考慮すると、「申し込み方法が分からない」という問い合わせやクレームはとても少なかったと感じています。ほとんどの問い合わせが、コールセンターで処理できる簡単なもので、浜松市役所側に直接の問い合わせは多くありませんでした。 「家康公騎馬武者行列@浜松まつり」の開催当日も、大きなトラブルは起きませんでした。担当者の方には浜松まで来ていただき、受付端末を入念にチェックいただいたこともあって、スムーズに受付を行うことができ、人が密集してしまうようなことは起きていません。   ![hamamatsu_04](https://info.eventregist.com/hs-fs/hubfs/hamamatsu_04.png?width=1000&height=333&name=hamamatsu_04.png)   **--- 今後のイベント開催における展望をお聞かせください。** 弊社浜松支店として、浜松市でここまでの人数を事前募集し、観覧区画だけで定員2万2千人の方に参加いただいた大規模なイベントに携わらせていただいたのは、初めてのことでした。今後同様の取り組みがあれば、無事に大きなトラブルもなく終えることができた今回の実績と経験を活かし、よりよいイベントの実現に取り組んでいきたいですね。 今回の「家康公騎馬武者行列@浜松まつり」で実感したのは、イベントをシステムでしっかり管理することはとても有意義であるということです。一方、PCやスマートフォンの操作に不慣れな方々​​をいかにご案内していくかが、今後ますます課題になっていくと思います。地域に根ざした、地域から愛される祭りだからこそ、システムによる効率化と人による細やかなサポートの両軸が、イベント開催には必要となっていくのではないでしょうか。   **--- ご協力ありがとうございました。**   --- 編集後記 地元・浜松の方々や大河ドラマのファン、そして人気俳優のファンが集まり、観覧区画の定員2万2千人を含め、多くの観客が沿道に詰めかけたと後日のニュースで拝見しました。これほどの規模のイベントを、事故なくトラブルなく成功させるために尽力された、株式会社エイエイピーの方々に敬服するばかりです。 コロナ禍がようやく収まりつつあり、今回のような大規模イベントは、今後も全国各地で開催されていくものと思います。今回の「家康公騎馬武者行列@浜松まつり」をモデルケースとさせていただき、また、いただいたフィードバックを活かして、EventRegistがより多くの大規模イベントの安全な開催に貢献できるよう、サービスの改善を続けていきたいと考えています。   Topics: [ご活用事例](https://info.eventregist.com/case-study/topic/ご活用事例) -
