EventRegist Co., Ltd. ( hereinafterreferred to as the “Company”) is developing services for event creation, payment, and participant management, services to support event operation on people’s behalf, and business that is incidental to these services. In order to appropriately handle all personal information that is submitted for use in the Company’s business, the Company stipulates this privacy policy as behavior standards that all of the Company’s employees should comply with, and the Company will strive to ensure that it is thoroughly complied with.

 

  • 1. The Company shall comply with the laws, regulations, guidelines and other standards set by the government regarding the handling of personal information. To this end, we have established a personal information protection management system in accordance with the Japanese Industrial Standards "Personal information protection management system - Requirements" (JIS Q 15001), and we will operate it appropriately.

Handling of Personal Information

1. Purposes for using personal information

* Member registration information includes email address, name, contact information, and other information required for event application set by the event organizer.

2. Provision of personal information

Ⅰ. We will not provide your personal information to a third party without your consent. However, the information may be provided in the following cases.

(9) Cases in which information, services, advertisements, etc. displayed on the screen of the Service are customized to suit the interests and preferences of users and are disclosed or provided to companies posting advertisements for the purpose of such customization.

Ⅱ. Companies and organizations that disclose or provide personal information in accordance with items 7 through 10 of the preceding paragraph will be indicated on the Service. The personal information disclosed or provided to companies and organizations will be managed in accordance with the regulations on personal information management established by the company or organization concerned.

Information Security Policy

EventRegist Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is developing event creation, settlement, participant management services, event management support services, and other related businesses. In developing these businesses, we believe that it is necessary for all employees to recognize the importance of the information assets entrusted to us by our customers. In addition, due to various risks, it is essential to protect not only the personal information of our employees but also the information assets entrusted to us by our customers, and we believe that each and every one of our employees should always keep the maintenance and improvement of information security in mind as they go about their daily work in order to strengthen our credibility. In addition, we will strive to prevent accidents, incidents and inconveniences related to information protection.

1. We will establish an information security management system, lead by the ISMS administrator, to accurately understand the operational status of our information systems, take the necessary measures to improve information security from both technical and operational perspectives, maintain and continuously improve our ISMS (Information Security Management System).

2. Establish risk assessment criteria and risk assessment mechanisms and define a systematic approach to risk assessment based on these criteria.In particular, we focus on confidentiality for our customers' information assets and employees' personal information within the enterprise, integrity for our internally accumulated know-how, and availability for our information systems, and we conduct risk assessments that identify threats and vulnerabilities to our information assets and clarify security requirements.

3. The internal audit manager and internal auditors periodically audit each department of the company every year to determine the status of compliance with the information security policy, ISMS manuals and procedures, etc., and the status of implementation of the risk response plan and legal compliance.

4. We will educate and enlighten all business personnel on information security.

5. We will comply with and conform to the Personal Information Protection Law, the Unauthorized Computer Access Law, the Copyright Law, and other laws, regulations, standards, and other standards related to information security, and will comply with these laws, regulations, standards, and other standards.
