イベントの目的達成のために、来場者対応に不備がないか、コンテンツに不備がないか等、どうしても運営スタッフへの配慮が後回しとなり、不足しがちではありませんか？イベント運営スタッフが元気よく対応しないとイベント来場者への接遇も下がってしまいます。イベントを成功に導くためには、直接来場者と接する、スタッフのコンディションをケアするのことも大切です。
