はじめてのイベントを開催する時など、初期の段階で検討が必要となるのが、イベントにまつわるクリエイティブです。イベントの名前（タイトル）や日時、場所が決定したら告知・集客を開始する段階に入ります。そこで一般的に「どうしよう？」となるのが告知の時に使うクリエイティブ。まずはイベントのロゴを作ることをおすすめします。

「イベント・セミナーを開催する目的は？」について、 [前回お話しさせていただきましたが](https://info.eventregist.com/weblog/event-pr-point) 、（ここではBtoB系イベント・セミナーを中心にお話ししますが）多くの場合、開催目的は見込み客を獲得する（製品・サービスに興味関心を持ってくれるユーザーを数多く集める）ことになります。

  

ただし、イベント・セミナー当日に参加してくれる人はかなり限られています。参加いただいた方に対しては、イベント・セミナー終了後に自社のノウハウ・事例・製品サービス紹介など具体的に情報発信して、リード獲得につなぐことに注力します。

イベント・セミナー開催時にネットPRを使って展開するときのポイントをご紹介します。

その前に、まずは基本中の基本「イベント・セミナーを開催する目的は？」を明確にしておきましょう。ここではBtoB系イベント・セミナーを中心にお話ししますが、多くの場合、開催目的は見込み客を獲得する（製品・サービスに興味関心を持ってくれるユーザーを数多く集める）ことになります。  
既存のお客様や営業提案中のお客様には営業担当者からお声がけしてイベント・セミナーの案内をおこなうと思いますが、新規の見込み客を集めたい場合は、より多くの方にイベント・セミナーの開催を認知・理解いただく必要があります。

イベントの集客を最大化させるためには、イベントタイトルをどのようにつけるかも一つのポイントです。そのイベントがどのようなものなのか、詳しい内容をもっと確認したいと思っていただくために、限られた文字数の中でそのイベントの特徴を訴求しなくてはなりません。
