日頃EventRegistをご利用いただきイベント運営をしてくださっているみなさまへお知らせです。  
EventRegistで複数種類のチケットを販売する際に、チケットのカテゴリごとに「チケットグループ」を設定し、イベントページ（チケット申込みページ）で申込者の方へわかりやすく表示することができるようになりました。  
※ 本機能は有料オプションのため、ご利用いただくには別途費用が必要です。  
※Basic＋（プラス）を含むプレミアム機能をご契約の方はどなたでもご利用いただけます。

### 開発の背景

イベントページの初期設定では、公開中のすべてのチケットを一律に並べて表示します。そのため、チケットの種類が多いイベントでは、申込希望者が対象のチケットを見つけづらかったり、誤って別のチケットを申込んでしまい、主催者側でキャンセル対応が必要になるケースがありました。  
今回リリースした「チケットグループ」機能を活用いただくことで、これらの課題を解決できます。

### チケットグループ機能でできること

- チケットをグループ単位でわかりやすく表示  
  「日程別」「参加者属性別（一般／学生／VIPなど）」など、自由にグループを作成してチケットを紐づけることができます。
- **「展開 / 折りたたみ」の初期状態を設定可能**  
  イベントページにアクセスした際 、グループを開いてチケットを表示するか、折りたたんだ状態でチケットを非表示にするかを、グループごとに設定できます。
-  **販売開始後も柔軟に変更可能**   
  チケットの申込受付を開始したあとでも、グループの追加・変更・削除が可能です。 

### 主な活用ケース

- **複数日程×時間帯別のイベント**  
  「日程（DAY1, DAY2）」ごとにグループを作成することで、目的の時間帯チケットを見つけやすくなります。
- **販売時期が分かれているイベント（一次募集・二次募集など）**  
  申込み受付期間外のグループを「折りたたみ」に設定しておくことで、現在受付中のチケットへスムーズに誘導し、誤申し込みを防ぐことができます。

［ご利用にあたっての注意事項］

- チケットグループ名は、チケット券面には表示されません。
- 管理画面から取得できる「参加者一覧」のCSVデータや「統計情報」機能などでは、チケットグループの表示や集計は行いません。
- チケットグループ名はいつでも変更可能です。一方、チケット名は対象チケットに申込みが入る前までは変更可、申込みが入ると変更不可となります。

【例】2つのチケットグループ（DAY1・DAY2）に、それぞれ時間帯別チケットを3つ紐づけている場合

- DAY1：デフォルトでグループを展開し、チケットを表示
- DAY2：デフォルトでグループを折りたたんでおき、チケットを非表示（「▼」をクリックすると展開してチケットが表示されます）
