2015年3月21～22日の2日間、渋谷・表参道エリアで渋谷・表参道 Women’s Runが開催されました。

その様子をレポートします！今回は前日に行われた「Run＆Beauty Debut フェスタ」の様子です。

 

### 初日の21日は、前日イベントとして4つのイベントが代々木公園で開催

メインイベント（渋谷・表参道 Women’s Run）に先駆けて、4つのイベントが開催されました。

天気にも恵まれ、イベント以外にも“良いものを食べて、内側から美しくなる”をコンセプトにした「Run & Beauty Debut フェスタ マルシェ」が開催されており、沢山の参加者が代々木公園を訪れ、各々のRun & Beauty Debutを体験していました。

 

#### **①Run ＆ Beauty Debut フェスタ ★ ランニングクリニック**

女性コーチに"ここだけはおさえておきたい"というポイントをビギナー向けに解説（腕振り、目線、呼吸など）して頂き、美しいフォームでかっこ良く走るコツや、トレーニングって何をすると効果的なのと皆さんRunに関する疑問を解決されていました。

これで、明日の本番も美しく、楽しくバッチリです。

 

#### **②Run ＆ Beauty Debut フェスタ ★ パークヨガ**

"ココロとカラダに気持ちのよい時間を過ごしませんか？"をコンセプトに「ハタヨガ」と「アシュタンガヨガ」をミックスした、スタンディングヨガを体験。

皆さん、本番に向けて、上手くココロとカラダをリフレッシュされています。

 

#### **③Run & Beauty Debut フェスタ★バブルサッカー**

2014年頃から日本に導入された、バブルサッカー。

バブルボールを身に纏い、体当たりしたり、吹っ飛んだりと、怪我なく楽しい特別なサッカー体験をされておりました。

ちなみに、バブルサッカーで盛り上がることを"バブってる"と言うみたいです。

かなりバブってますね！！

 

#### **④Run & Beauty Debut フェスタ★アウトドア教室**

目指せ"山ガール"とういうことで、このイベントでは、

・外ごはんワークショップ

・ゆび編み教室

の2つが同時開催。

やっぱり、キャンプで食べる料理は美味しいですよね！

 

翌日のメインイベント（渋谷・表参道 Women’s Run）に向けて、心も体もリフレッシュしたランナーの皆さんも思いっきり前日イベントを満喫した皆さんもスポーツを通じて、最高の笑顔でした。
