「デジタルマーケティング出身者が考える "リアルイベント開催" 徹底討論 #イベてっとう」と題し、第1回イベントレジスト×イベントマーケティング共催セミナー をdock-Toranomonで開催しました。

登壇に北見裕介氏（資生堂ジャパン株式会社　EC事業推進部　EC戦略グループ）、モデレーターに青山弘幸氏（株式会社ビズリーチ　インキュベーションカンパニー　新規事業準備室）を迎え、聴講者も巻き込んだ、白熱した議論が展開されました。その内容の一部をご紹介をさせていただきます。

 

### **デジタルシフトとリアルイベント**

冒頭に、北見氏は「予算や広告、販売様々なものがデジタルシフトへ向かっていく流れがある。デジタルと言えばそれだけで新しいといった風潮もあったが、WEB上で食べる、触る、匂いを嗅ぐなどといったことは、当然不可能で、本当の意味でのエンゲージメントいう意味では当然弱い部分もあった。そのような課題を抱える中で、リアルに開催するイベントはとても重要な役割を果たす施策である。」と述べました。

### **リアルイベント実施までの課題・リアルイベントとデジタル担当者**

実施以前の課題として「デジタルに比べ、成果が見えづらいという理由でイベントの実施がしづらいという状況は、各担当者共通の悩みだと思うが、どのように調整してきたのか？」という問いに対し、北見氏は、「方法はいろいろあるが、イベントだけでなくても、例えば、雑誌と連動した企画を実施することで、雑誌の専属モデルを起用できるなど、トータルのコストをデジタルよりも抑えて、デジタルでは実現できない深いコミュニケーションが図れる、ということがあります。」とリアルな体験談を披露してくださいました。

また、デジタル担当者がイベントに関わることのメリットと注意点について、北見氏は次のように述べました。「イベントは作業も多く、手間がかかる施策。そこに無駄を省くことが好きなデジタル担当者が入ると、イベントも効率化されることがあるので、デジタル担当者がイベントに関わることは良いことだと思う。一方、効率化することに注力しすぎて、スケールしなくなってしまう傾向もあるので、その点は注意したいところ。」

### **リアルイベントの価値とは？**

「デジタルプロモーションではシェアしてもらうという視点で「バズる動画」が流行したが、イベントを通過し、体験の喜びを得てから生まれるシェアが、自然なシェアであり、本来あるべきシェアだと思う。また、デジタルマーケティングは進化しているなかで、今のトレンドはインスタとするのであれば、インスタは日常の切り取りを共有する場であり、リアルで起きていることを各ユーザーが掲載している。WEB上ではなく日常を起点に人の気持ちは動いている。」そう語る北見氏は、自ら出身校同窓会の幹事をしたり、スポーツイベントを主催したり、企業イベントに参加してみたりと、様々な立ち位置で精力的にイベントと関わっているそうです。自ら体験することの重要性に、改めて気づかされました。

 

### **オープンイノベーションコミュニティ「docks」**

本セミナーは、Creww株式会社が運営を行う、2017年10月30にオープンした「dock-Toranomon」 を 会場として使用させていただきました。

オープンスペースは「dock=波止場」をテーマにした、統一感のある広々としたスペースです。プロジェクターも完備されており、ミートアップやプレゼンテーションにも利用可能です。

船長椅子やトランクをイメージした椅子、ビット（縄かけ）のようなミニテーブルなど、波止場にちなんだ、遊び心のある家具がたくさん並びます。プレゼンテーションルーム、会議室、プライベートオフィスなど、様々な用途に対応できる設備が整っています。

Creww株式会社によると、「オープンイノベーションに精通した、豊富なノウハウを有するコミュニティーマネージャーが常駐し、日本のスタートアップ企業のみではなく、海外のスタートアップ企業の日本市場進出もサポートする。また、コンセプトに “挑戦したいすべての人が挑戦できる世界へ“を掲げており、「docks」に参加する会員（挑戦者）であれば誰でも「docks」という大きなオープンコミュニティーの中で、より多くの成長機会を得ることができる世界を目指している。」とのこと。 コワーキングスペースでもシェアオフィスでもない、オープンイノベーションコミュニティ「docks」。この場所から、どんなマッチングが生まれ、どんなイノベーションが起こるのか？今後の展開が楽しみです。
