セッションやパネルディスカッションなど、登壇者を招いて講演があるイベントでは、プレゼンテーションを映すスクリーンを使うことが多いもの。登壇者が用意するプレゼンテーション用資料とあわせて、主催者側が用意しておいた方が良い素材もあります。今回は、代表的な3つの素材をご紹介します。

### 1. イベントタイトル

イベント開始前や休憩中にスクリーンに表示しておくのは、イベントのタイトルが最適です。イベントのロゴがある場合はそのロゴを、ない場合は主催企業や団体のロゴを出しておくのが良いでしょう。来場者が受付を済ませて会場に入り、スクリーンにイベントタイトルが映しだされていると、イベントに参加する前の高揚感を高めることができます。また、イベントが始まる前に写真を撮り、ソーシャルメディアに投稿する来場者も多くなってきています。その場合、スクリーンにイベントタイトルが表示されている方が見栄えも良く、イベントのイメージを伝えやすくなります。

### 2. イベントに関するご案内やお願い

主催者側から伝えたいイベントに関するご案内やお願いを、イベント開始前にイベントタイトルとあわせてループ再生しておくと来場者の目に留まります。一般的には次の3つです。

- 撮影/録音の可否について
- 場内は禁煙である旨と、喫煙コーナーの案内 & お手洗いの場所
- 今日のタイムテーブル

他にもWiFiがある場合はWiFiアクセスの情報などもここで伝えれば来場者の皆さんに周知できます。また、この際合わせてイベントの効果を最大化するための協力を来場者にお願いしましょう。例えばイベント最中の様子をtwitterに積極的に投稿してもらうためのハッシュタグの案内などです。

### 3. 登壇者紹介

 登壇者がステージに上がる前にタイトルと登壇者名を表示してご紹介すると、イベントにオフィシャル感が出ると同時に、きちんと進行することができます。登壇者のプロフィールをご紹介したい場合は、それもプレゼンテーション素材として用意しておくと良いでしょう。視覚で入ってくる情報は耳だけで聞くよりもわかりやすいものです。

これらのプレゼンテーション素材は、比較的直前の準備となりがちです。段取り良く進めるために、早いタイミングでイベントのイメージに沿ったテンプレートを作成しておきましょう。イベントのトーン&マナーやキーカラーが決まっていればそれを採用し、イベントの告知ページや会場の装飾などとイメージを揃えておくことが重要です。特にこうしたイメージがない場合、最近では無料のパワーポイントやKeynoteのテンプレートも多くありますので、そうしたテンプレートを活用すれば素早く作成できます。いずれにしても来場者の目にとまるクリエイティブは、できるだけそれぞれのイメージを統一しておくようにすると、イベントに対する印象が強くなります。少しの手間でイベントのクオリティを高めることができますので、是非準備してみてください。
