[Tweet](https://twitter.com/share) ![organizer-page-top.jpg](http://info.eventregist.com/hs-fs/hubfs/images_blog-contents/organizer-page-top.jpg?width=726&height=381&name=organizer-page-top.jpg) これまで一部のイベント主催者の方にご利用いただいていた「主催者ページ」をリニューアルしました。EventRegist でイベントを作成いただいている方は、今後順次このリニューアル画面をご覧いただくことになります。ご自身のイベントのファンを増やし、コミュニティとして健全に育成していくことができるような機能を、これから段階的にリリースしていきます。 ### **主催者ページリニューアルの理由** これまでも EventRegist には、ご自身が主催するイベントを一覧として見せることができる「主催者ページ」がありました。継続的に実施しているセミナー、コミュニティ活動、スクール・講座など、今後実施予定のイベントを一覧で見せることにより、日時等の都合で予定が合わなかった方へ別の日程候補を検討してもらうことができたり、繰り返し参加してもらうことを促進することができていました。 イベントを告知するためであれば、今までの主催者ページで良かったのかもしれません。けれど当社では、様々なイベント主催者の方や、コミュニティオーナーの方から、次のような声をいただいていました。 - コミュニティのファンが継続的に参加してくれているか、数値化して知りたい - イベントごとに結果を見たり効果測定をするのではなく、横断して過去と比べてどうだったかを知りたい こうしたご要望は、参加する方々に喜びと満足を提供したいと思っている主催者の方にとってみれば当たり前のことです。しかし、EventRegist では、イベントごとにこうした結果を確認することはできても、過去のイベントと比べたり、主催者自身が想定している数値や結果と比較するには、ご自身で集計をしたり、定性情報で判断するしかありませんでした。 私たちはいつもイベント主催者やコミュニティオーナーの方に対し、テクノロジーでできることはテクノロジーに任せ、その分できた時間をコンテンツやおもてなしの創造に注力していただきたいと思っています。今回の主催者ページのリニューアルは、上記のようなご要望を解決するための第一歩となります。[先日リリースをしたダッシュボードでは、イベントの統計情報を横串で確認できるようになりました](https://info.eventregist.com/weblog/news-20170830)が、今後、この新しくなった主催者ページを起点として、コミュニティを健全に成長させ、それを可視化することができる機能を順次リリースしていきたいと思っています。   ### **主催者ページの設定方法** 「マイイベント」画面にアクセスすると、次のようなメッセージが表示されます。 ![organizer-1.jpg](https://info.eventregist.com/hs-fs/hubfs/images_blog-contents/organizer-1.jpg?width=715&height=441&name=organizer-1.jpg) 「主催者情報を登録する」をクリックすると、設定画面に遷移します。主催者情報を特に登録しなくても良い場合は、その下の「今は登録しない」をクリックしてください。 ![organizer-2.jpg](https://info.eventregist.com/hs-fs/hubfs/images_blog-contents/organizer-2.jpg?width=715&height=521&name=organizer-2.jpg) 主催者情報の登録画面です。ここでは、主催者ページに表記する各種情報を設定します。 ![organizer-3.jpg](https://info.eventregist.com/hs-fs/hubfs/images_blog-contents/organizer-3.jpg?width=715&height=471&name=organizer-3.jpg) 設定を保存すると、今度は「主催者ページを公開しましょう」というメッセージが表示されます。主催者ページを作成する場合は「主催者ページを編集する」をクリックしてください。特に作成しない場合は、その下の「今は編集しない」をクリックしてください。 ![organizer-4.jpg](https://info.eventregist.com/hs-fs/hubfs/images_blog-contents/organizer-4.jpg?width=715&height=243&name=organizer-4.jpg) 主催者ページの公開状態を指定します。主催者ページを一般公開したい場合は、「主催者ページを公開する」にチェックを入れて保存です。 ![organizer-6.jpg](https://info.eventregist.com/hs-fs/hubfs/images_blog-contents/organizer-6.jpg?width=715&height=574&name=organizer-6.jpg) 「主催者ページの編集」画面に進みます。主催者ページのURLは、任意の文字列（半角英数字）に変更することができます。それ以外に、ソーシャルボタンやコメントプラグイン、今後開催予定のイベントを表示するかどうかなど、表示項目の有無を指定します。そして、主催者ページのデザインもアレンジ可能。ヘッダー画像や背景画像も是非工夫してみていただきたいです。 ![myevent.jpg](https://info.eventregist.com/hs-fs/hubfs/images_blog-contents/myevent.jpg?width=726&height=436&name=myevent.jpg) 主催者情報や主催者ページへのアクセスは、「マイイベント」からいつでも可能です。   ### **完成した主催者ページは、イベントやコミュニティの「顔」に** ![organizer-page.jpg](https://info.eventregist.com/hs-fs/hubfs/images_blog-contents/organizer-page.jpg?width=715&height=474&name=organizer-page.jpg) 主催者ページが完成したら、そのURLをコミュニティのメンバーに知らせたり、興味がある人へお知らせしましょう。それによって、今後開催する予定のイベントに興味を持っていただいたり、今後リリース予定の様々な機能をより便利にお使いいただけるようになると思います。   [![コミュニティ運営ノウハウ資料のダウンロードはこちら](https://no-cache.hubspot.com/cta/default/357628/2a82c26b-6845-4e5d-b917-9c297e36447d.png)](https://cta-redirect.hubspot.com/cta/redirect/357628/2a82c26b-6845-4e5d-b917-9c297e36447d)   Topics: [3\_イベントレジストの使い方](https://info.eventregist.com/weblog/topic/3_イベントレジストの使い方), [イベレジからのお知らせ\_機能アップデート](https://info.eventregist.com/weblog/topic/イベレジからのお知らせ_機能アップデート) -
