イベント運営者向けのオンライン イベント プラットフォーム「EventRegist（イベントレジスト）」を展開するイベントレジスト株式会社（所在地：東京都渋谷区、代表取締役：ヒラヤマコウスケ、以下イベントレジスト）は、新たなイベント来場者受付のためのソリューションとして、「KAOPASS（カオパス）」の提供を開始いたしました。日本では、2018年8月29日開催の「[BACKSTAGE（体験型マーケティングカンファレンス）](http://backstage.tours/)」にて初めて導入が行われます。

NEC提供の「Bio-IDiom Services NF-C維持環境(旧NeoFace Cloud)」の、2022年6月末でのサービス終了に伴い、EventRegistの「KAOPASS」はサービス提供を終了しました。

これまで当社はイベント主催者の方々向けに、オンライン イベント プラットフォーム「EventRegist」を通して、告知サイトの作成・申込受付や参加費用の決済・チケット発行・当日のスムーズな受付といったイベント運営に必要な一連の流れを効率化するサービスを提供してまいりました。

今回提供を開始した「KAOPASS（カオパス）」は、イベント当日の運営フローにおいて、多くの主催者の方々からより革新的な方法を要望いただいておりました。アーティストのライブ・コンサートやスポーツイベントなどで、顔認証による受付は採用されはじめており、その目的は主に本人確認や転売防止の側面があります。顔認証による受付は、こうした目的を達成するためだけではなく、来場者の方々により先進的な体験をしていただくことにより、通常素通りをしてしまう受付自体を新しい体験価値として提供することが可能となります。

従来提供しているイベント運営サービス（QRコードチェックインからイベント全体の運営まで）に加えて、これからもさらにイベント主催者の方のサポートを広げて参ります。

EventRegist がこれまで提供してきた、QRコードが付与されたPDFチケットの発行、QRコード読み取りによる受付方法は引き続きご利用いただくことができ、KAOPASS（カオパス）はオプション機能として提供をおこないます。

 

**■「KAOPASS（カオパス）」について（イベント来場者向け受付ソリューション）**

NECの提供するNeoFace Cloud(注1)との連携により、イベント申込時に参加者のプロフィール写真を登録いただくことで、イベント会場での本人のプロフィール写真を使った顔写真判定によるイベント来場者受付（チェックイン）をおこないます。サービス開始以来7年間に渡り培ったイベントレジストの知見を元に、NECの提供する世界No.1(注2)の認証精度を誇る顔認証AIエンジン｢NeoFace｣を活用し、イベント主催者・運営者は来場者に対し、新たな受付（チェックイン）の体験を実現することが可能となります。
