最近では、一口にイベントと言っても、セミナー、カンファレンス、展示会など幅広い形式や目的を持ったイベントの開催が増え、他のイベントとの差別化の一つとして、ブランドイメージを表現したお洒落でカッコ良く、見やすいイベントページが必要になってきました。今回は、イベントページを作成するために必要なイベントを象徴する"画像"について、イベントレジストでご用意している機能をふまえ、お話したいと思います。

### イベントレジストで設定可能な画像種類

#### **イベントロゴ**

PDFチケットやイベント一覧、Facebookなどシェア時のサムネイル画像として掲載  
推奨画像サイズ：ファイルサイズ300KB以下、幅400×高さ400以下（200×200以上の正方形を推奨）の画像ファイル(JPG、PNG、GIF)

#### **ヘッダー画像**

イベントTOPページのヘッダー領域画像（カバー写真）として掲載  
推奨画像サイズ：ファイルサイズ500KB以下、幅1,000×高さ300以下の画像ファイル(JPG、PNG、GIF)

#### **背景画像**

イベントTOPページの背景画像として掲載  
推奨画像サイズ：ファイルサイズ1MB以下、幅2,000×高さ2,000以下の画像ファイル(JPG、PNG、GIF)

イベントレジストでは、大きく分けて3点の画像設定が可能となっており、各画像で目的が異なりますが、イベントロゴは、SNSを利用した告知・集客を行う際、申込を検討されている方にとって、イベントの顔となりますので、公開前に設定されることを推奨いたします。また、ヘッダー領域画像につきましても、設定されているイベントと設定されていないイベントでは、申込者に対して、与えるイメージ・印象が大きく異なりますので、各主催者や企業がお持ちのカラー、イメージを表現した画像を公開前に設定されることを推奨いたします。

 

### 画像素材の入手方法

イベントを表現した画像を設定する場合、"0"から作成する場合と既存の画像を加工する場合の2パターンが想定されますが、後者の場合、画像検索などでインターネット上から拾ってきた画像で問題ないでしょうか？

答えは、"NO"です。それは、他者が作成した画像などを無断で利用することは、著作権に違反したことになってしまうためです。（※一部、フリーで利用可能なものもありますが、フリーで利用する場合においても、画像のサイズ、色の変更については、認めていない場合もあり、画像の利用規約確認が必須です）

そのため、適切に画像素材を取り扱うサービスから好みの画像を取得することが必要となります。

以下に一部の有料画像サイトをご紹介いたしますので、参考にしていただけますと幸いです。

※各サービスで料金は、異なりますが、高画質な写真や画像素材を入手することが可能です

#### **FOTOLIA**

[https://jp.fotolia.com](https://jp.fotolia.com)価格、素材のストック点数、使いやすさのバランスがとれた有料サービス

#### **Adobe Stock**

[https://stock.adobe.com/jp/](https://stock.adobe.com/jp/)基本的には月額利用のサービスですが、ストック数も豊富でIllustratorやPhotoshop用の素材も充実しています。

#### **amanaimages**

[http://amanaimages.com](http://amanaimages.com/)価格はやや高めですが、とにかく高品質な画像を利用したい方向け

 

### 画像編集ソフトを使いこなす

取得した画像を適切なサイズに編集したり、画像と画像を重ねたり、文字を追加したりする際、どのようなツールを使用すると効率的でしょうか。多くの方が想像するのは、PhotoshopやIllustratorだと思いますが、所属企業がデザイン会社でなかったり、デザインを専門としていない方にとっては、高額なソフト（※今では、月額利用も可能）となっていることかと思いますので、無料で利用可能な編集ツールをご紹介いたします。

#### **GIMP**

[http://www.gimp.org/](http://www.gimp.org/)ソフトウェアのインストールが必要ですが、レイヤーもマスクも完備され、写真編集ヘビーユーザーに推奨

#### **PIXLR**

[https://pixlr.com/](https://pixlr.com/)オンラインでの利用となり、オフライン上での作業は不可ですが、iOS、Androidでのアプリ配信有

いかがでしたでしょうか。

ご紹介いたしましたサービスやツールは、ほんの一部になりますが、イベントページに設定する各種画像は、イベントの内容を説明せず、画像一つで大きな影響を与える重要なポイントとなっております。今後、初めてイベントを開催される主催者もイベント開催に慣れている主催者も"画像設定"を有効活用いただき、イベントのブランディングに役立てていただけますと幸いです。
