### 1. イベント管理業務

#### **業務内容**

イベント開催に向けて、予定と実績に乖離が発生しないよう、必要な作業を管理する業務

#### **狙い**

イベント開催に向けた全体統括、スケジュール管理、作業分担

#### **導入後**

イベント内セッションやセミナーに参加する事前申込者数を管理する業務

#### **狙い**

イベント当日の人材配置、および、レイアウトの最適化
