会社、組織などの従来の枠を超えた「コミュニティ」で活躍しているコミュニティレーダー達を集めて「課題解決」に繋がる流れを創り出そうというイベントが高知県で開催されました。

まず最初に、仕掛け人の小島さんから、参加する姿勢として「アウトプットだけが流れを変えます」とのことで、みんなで #CLS高知でアウトプットしよう！という呼びかけが。#CLS高知で検索してみてください。

高知ｘコミュニティという事で、従来の枠を超える＝「脱藩」というキーワードを交えながら繋がりをどう作っていくのかという話が出ていました。

### **考え方が違う人たちとの出会い＝「脱藩」=新しいコミュニティとの出会いが新しい何かを生み出す**

「坂本龍馬はどこで坂本龍馬になったか？－幕末と現代のコミュニティの共通点を探る」というタイトルのキックオフセッションでは、コミュニティは、視点が変わるきっかけだと語られていました。陶芸教室だったり、社会人大学だったり、違うコミュニティに触れることで今までのやり方だけではないことに気づいたことが今に繋がっているかもしれないというお話がありました。

印象的だったのは、明治維新に活躍した人たちは藩主ではない人が多くて、実は現場レベルの人達がコミュニティを形成して活躍。組織で言えば、社長ではなく、その下の人たちが会社の枠を超えたコミュニティに触れることで課題を解決していくのではないか？というお話でした。

 

ちなみに、モデレーターの徳力さん（アジャイルメディア・ネットワーク株式会社）は、実は[BACKSTAGE](http://backstage.tours/)というイベント参加中にで登壇していた高知県の武市さんと、本イベント仕掛け人の小島さんに熱く坂本龍馬愛を語っていたら、その場でモデレーターのオファーをされたそうです。これもコミュニティから生み出された「何か」ですね！

 

 

### **キャリアに影響を及ぼした旅の話**

「コミュニティと旅が作り出す「プロフェッショナル」な生き方」のセッションは、登壇者の自己紹介が面白すぎてセッションの半分を使い盛り上がるという結果でしたが、おかげで会場の一体感が醸成され、ツイート数を伸ばしていました。とはいえ、自己紹介がまさに本編の内容にもなっていて、旅好きで旅を多くしている登壇者たちの自己紹介の中での旅での出会いが、今の仲間をつくり、今の自分があるというのが共通していました。

 

 

### **FB農業者倶楽部をつくった話**

失礼かもしれませんが、宮崎から出てきた、来年から年金を貰いますというオジサマが出ていらっしゃりFacebookの話をするというテーマ。ITには詳しくはないが、歴史は知ってるよとニッコリ笑いながらお話をされていました。Facebook上で農業者倶楽部をつくり、メンバーが7500名を超えるまでのコミュニティに育て上げたといいます。最初は2人から始まり、メンバーを集めるのにFacebookのプロフィール写真をみて農業者っぽい人をみつけてポチポチ直接勧誘する事を繰り返すこと2000人というから驚きです。

よくある「協会」などとの違いというのは、「農業なのに地域軸ではなく、全国規模で関心軸のコミュニティ」であり、コミュニティ・ＳＮＳの利点としていい意味で公私混同し易く、参加者も本音を言いやすいことだそうです。宮崎から出てきたオジサマ：上水 広志さんは、「このコミュニティがあればがあれば大臣とだって話ができる！」と力強く語っていらっしゃる姿が印象的でした。

### **コミュ障でもコミュニティでお友達を作る方法**

コミュニティライトニングトークでは、コミュニティを運営する方々が登壇し、5分ずつお話をされていました。

中でも印象的だったのが、興梠 さん（株式会社Nextremer 高知AIラボ代表/高知）のお話で、自身の失敗談を交え、コミュニティとの上手な関わり方の話でした。

まとめると、

・コミュニティはキラキラしている。コミュ障にはつらい。  
・登壇すればいいんだ！  
・大失敗 →背伸びをしてしまった  
・本質はお客様にはならず、「参加者」となる。片づけを手伝うとか。自分事化する。

 

県外からの参加者も多く、遠方から来ている分「何かを得よう」としている意識の高さを感じるイベントでした。

何かを得ようとする参加者が多いイベントは、会場の一体感が生まれやすく、登壇者も話しやすいのだと思うのですが、やはりイベントは主催者側だけが提供するものではなく、登壇者や参加者もが全員で「一緒に創り上げるもの」で、良いものになるのだと強く改めて感じさせられたイベントでした。
