### **スタッフはここをチェック！イベント時の服装確認**

**・ドレスコードは確認済ですか？**  
イベントのスタイルによって、スタッフのドレスコードが決まっている場合があります。例えば、展示会・商談会等のビジネスイベントの場合はスーツを着用するのが一般的で、スタッフにもスーツの着用が求められるケースが多いです。一方、勉強会やセミナーの場合はビジネスカジュアル、スタートアップが集まるイベントやカジュアルなミートアップでは自由な服装でOK、など、イベントによって服装規定が異なります。

イベント開催前には必ず、主催者や運営会社等のスタッフを管理する方にドレスコードを確認するようにしましょう。

**・履きなれた歩きやすい靴ですか？**

長時間立って作業するケースも想定されるイベント現場では、履きなれた歩きやすい靴を履くのが鉄則です。新しい靴は事前に履きならしておきましょう。特に展示会会場などは床が固い場合が多く、想定以上にすぐ足の疲れがやってきます。疲れてしまうと、自然と体勢が悪くなったり表情が曇ったりと、イベントに対するイメージにも影響してしまうことがあります。靴底は皮のものよりもゴム素材のものの方が比較的疲れにくいです。また、ヒールの高い靴を履く必要がある場合は、クッション性のある中敷きや絆創膏を常備しておくと安心です。

 

**・動きやすい服装ですか？**  
スタッフは、大きな荷物を運んだり、急いで移動をしたり、しゃがんだりする動作も多くあります。スカートスタイルでもパンツスタイルでも、動きやすい服装であることが重要です。

 

**・ポケットはありますか？**  
貴重品や携帯を持ち歩くのに、ポケットがある服装だと便利です。ポケットがない服、例えばワンピースを着用する場合は、ポケットが複数あるジャケットを合わせるといいでしょう。

 

**・持ち歩く荷物が多い場合は？**  
肩から掛けられるバッグを用意すると便利です。休憩の時にも大きな荷物を持って移動せずに済みますし、慣れない会場で物を置き忘れたりすることも予防できます。

 

**・トランシーバーを持ち歩く必要がありますか？**  
ディレクター業務を行うスタッフは、トランシーバーで連絡を取り合う場合があります。その場合、例えばワンピースを着用しているとトランシーバーを固定することが難しくなります。トランシーバーやマイクが取り付けられるパンツスタイルやベルトの着用をおすすめします。

現場スタッフは、イベント参加者の方に快適に過ごしていただくためのお手伝いをする重要な位置づけですし、受付スタッフは、イベント参加者の方がまずはじめにそのイベントに触れる場所で、おもてなしをする役割を担っています。お客様に不快な思いをさせないために、服装コードに準じ、かつ自分自身も気持ちよく動くことができるような服装を心掛けましょう。
