![150210-TOP-1](http://info.eventregist.com/hs-fs/hub/357628/file-2491733516-jpg/images_blog-contents/150210-TOP-1.jpg)花粉症シーズンですね。スギやヒノキの花粉の飛散量は前年の夏の天候との相関が高いと言われています。前年の夏が晴れて暑いほど、植物の光合成が増え、雄花の生産量が多くなるというメカニズムです。  
スギ花粉の飛散はおおよそ3月から4月上旬、ヒノキ花粉の飛散はおおよそ4月ごろ。  
そんな花粉が多く飛散する季節は、イベントに訪れる参加者の方にも花粉症の方が多いはず。花粉症のシーズンのイベントでも、参加者の皆さんにできるだけ快適に楽しんでもらえるような、ちょっとしたおもてなしのポイントをまとめました。

 

### 1. 加湿器を設置 花粉には、湿気を含むと重くなって床に落下するという特徴があります。イベント会場は、乾燥しやすいことも多いので、加湿器を設置して会場内の湿度を上げると良いでしょう。湿度があがることで、空気中に浮遊する花粉の量を少なくでき、症状を軽減することができます。 

 

 

### 2.花粉症に効く飴を用意 食べ物や飲み物で花粉症対策をする方も多いですが、イベントでのおもてなしで取り入れやすいのが飴。ミント系の雨は鼻に爽快感をもたらしてくれますし、乳酸菌を含んだ飴は、免疫機能のバランスを保つのを助けてくれます。また、甜茶キャンディーは、ポリフェノールの効果で花粉症の症状を軽減してくれます。参加者の席に飴を用意しておくと、喜ばれることも多いです。

 

### 3.ティッシュ＆ゴミ箱を設置 薬の服用やマスクなどでの対策をしていても、外出移動の後は、花粉が体内に入りやすく症状が重くなることも。特に、花粉症の鼻の症状は、一度始まってしまうとなかなかとまらない…というのが悩ましいところです。そこで、受付で希望者にポケットティッシュを配布する。また、会場内で使用済みのティッシュを捨てやすいようにミニゴミ箱を設置するなどするとよいでしょう。

参加者にイベントで快適に過ごしてもらうための工夫は、時期によってそれぞれ考えられます。また、花粉症の悩みは、症状のない人にはなかなか気づけないことも多いかもしれません。花粉症シーズンだからこその、普段とは違うおもてなし。3月、4月にイベントの開催予定のある方は、ぜひ、取り入れてみてください。
