今回の記事は、イベント当日、自分たちで受付の場所を決めたりセッティングをする規模感のイベントを想定しています。

 

### パターン1. 対面カウンター方式の受付レイアウトパターン

数百名規模のイベントでよく使われるパターンです。お客様を対面形式でお迎えし、受付をする方法です。

このレイアウトの場合、想定される来場者数に応じて横にテーブルを増やすことで、スタッフの数を増やすことができます。また、一般的にはスタッフの背面（壁側）にテーブルなどを配置し、配布物のストックを置いておきます。このレイアウトの場合、スタッフの横の移動が発生することがあるので、スタッフと背面側のテーブルの間に1名位が通ることができる隙間を開けておくことがコツです。

 

### 2. 入口片脇方式の受付パターン

数十名〜100名程度の規模の時に使われるレイアウトです。会場入口の片脇にテーブルを置く方法です。

1. のパターンに比べ、来場者数が多い場合に脇に机を増やすと圧迫感が出るため、あまり大人数の場合にはこのレイアウトは適しません。だいたい3名〜5名が対応できる位の広さとなります。

 

### 3. 入口両脇方式の受付パターン

一度に大量の数の来場者の対応が必要な場合のレイアウトです。シンプルな受付（例えばQRコードの読み取り）だけをして会場にお通しするようなケースです。

この場合、お客様をお待たせせずに受付を完了することが重要事項となるため、入口の両脇を活用してスピーディに受付をしていきます。何かお渡しするものがあるような場合には向かないレイアウトですが、お客様一人あたりにかける対応時間は短く、次のお客様をすぐに対応することができます。

 

これらが代表的なレイアウト例です。

そして最後に、いくつかのよくある注意点を。  
まず、受付のために使うテーブルの幅を予め確認しておきましょう。一般的に長机と呼ばれるものは、幅が180cmのものと150cmのものがあります。180cmのものであればスタッフ3名が対応できる幅がありますが、150cmの場合は窮屈です。

長机などを使って受付をする場合、白布を用意しておくと便利です。テーブルに白布をかけるだけでオフィシャル感が出ますし、テーブルの下が隠れるので荷物も置けます。また、足元が気になることもありません。

そして、受付そばに電源があるかどうかの確認です。受付ではPCを使ったり、EventRegist のアプリでチェックインをする場合は端末の充電も気を配った方が良いので、受付付近に電源口があるかは大切です。受付から遠い場所にある場合は、延長コードを用意しておきましょう。

そして最後に、こうした受付レイアウトを[運営マニュアル](https://info.eventregist.com/weblog/operation-manual-for-the-event)にきちんと記載しておくことです。スタッフの配置も明記しておくと、当日初めてスタッフとして加わる人への説明もしやすくなります。

 

イベントのイメージ、来場者層、来場者数、受付でお渡しするものがあるかどうかなどを総合的に見て、最適な受付パターンを検討しましょう。
