東京、横浜、名古屋、大阪の「主要駅徒歩圏内」で展開する貸し会議室「ミーティングスペースAP」、なかでも東京の玄関口「品川駅」からほど近いロケーションの「AP品川」にて、2020年9月28日（月）-29日（火）の二日間に渡り、『 \[ オンラインEvent × リアルEvent \] - 空間のダブルスタンダード体験会 - \[ PHASE \] 出展者のいない展示会の新形式 - フェイズ -』（以下、AP品川内覧会・展示会）が開催されました。

当内覧会の受付に、イベントマーケティングプラットフォーム「EventRegist」をご活用いただきましたので、運営する株式会社TCフォーラムの営業推進部長付 デザイン・テクニカル担当室長 最上直生氏、営業推進部 第一センター長 蛭田紀生氏、AP品川支配人 森本健太郎氏の3名にお話を伺いました。

 

# オンラインｘリアル ハイブリッド内覧会

**--- 「AP品川内覧会・展示会」の目的とハイブリッド形式を決意された理由を教えてください。**

今回のイベント会場であるAP品川は、1度目の緊急事態宣言の最中、2020年5月にオープンしました。そのためお披露目の機会がないまま、緊急事態宣言の解除後に営業開始となりました。そこでまずは、会場お披露目の機会と、新しい会場の使い方をお客様に体感してもらえるような場を作ろうと、イベントの開催を決めました。

そして、コロナ対策の一環として、なるべく接触しない形で、安全かつ確実に、申込管理・受付対応ができる、イベント管理ツールを探していました。

EventRegistは、申込と入場管理に必要な機能が揃っており、かつ、東京都の新型コロナ・テックパートナー企業として「[店舗型東京版新型コロナ見守りサービス](https://info.eventregist.com/weblog/covid-19_tec)」を提供していることが決め手となり、導入させていただきました。

**--- 実際にEventRegistを使ってみていかがでしたか？**

今回、ご相談してからイベント開催日までが短かったこともあり、まずはイベントページを公開することを優先し、急ぎで作成したため、あとから「こうしておけば良かった」と気付く点がいくつかあったので、事前に詳細をEventRegistのヘルプデスクと確認してから、作り込めばよかったな…と。ただ、当日の受付は、これまでと比較してスムーズになり、来場された方からも好評だったので、利用して良かったです。

機能のリクエストとしては、イベントページのデザインを複数のメンバーで編集した際に、途中まで出来上がったものを誤って消してしまったことがあり、バックアップ機能や、履歴をたどって元に戻す機能が欲しいと思いました。

また、イベントページの横幅の指定について、最近はワイドなパソコンが多く、幅広いほうがビジュアル的には映えるかなと思いますので、もうちょっと広げられるなどの機能があると、作成する側としては楽しいかなと思いました。

今回は、進めながら試行錯誤する状態だったので、EventRegistを活かしきれていない気もしており、もし気づいたところがあったら教えてください。

[**来場通知メール機能**](https://support.eventregist.com/ja/knowledge/check-in-notification)  
ご自身が招待したお客様の来場をいち早く察知したい場合や、VIPやアテンドが必要なお客様のケアを行いたい場合は、特定のゲストが来場し、その方のQRコードをスキャンすると、予め設定した担当者宛に、その方の来場を通知する「来場通知メール機能（チェックイン通知メール機能）」をご利用いただいています。

複数のセッションや分科会が同時並行で開催される、カンファレンスや展示会で、セッションごとに定員を設け申込み数を管理したり、各セッション会場の入口で、事前申込状況に応じて入場管理を行うことを可能にする機能です。この機能を使うと、お客様がイベントを申込む際、どのセッションに参加を希望するか選択ができるタイムテーブルが表示されます。

コンテンツ毎の視聴時間/視聴履歴が確認できる機能や、参加者がスポンサー/出展社の情報にアクセスした回数を計測できる機能、イベント参加者同士がオンライン上で商談ができる機能など、オンラインイベントやハイブリッドカンファレンス向けの機能を充実させたenavle(エネイブル)を導入いただくことで、主催者の方により多くのことを実現いただけるかと思います。

**--- 今後実施していきたいセミナーやイベントがあれば教えてください。**

基本的には会場を提供する側ですので、私たちが主催者となってイベントを開催することはあまりないのですが、今回、EventRegistを活用して、スムーズに受付対応ができた体験は、私たちにとってもメリットだと思っています。

規模の大きなイベントの開催をお考えのお客様から会場のご予約をいただく際、「受付で来場者をお待たせしたくないのだけど…」とご相談いただくこともあるので、今後はイベレジのシステムを紹介し、「自社イベントでも使ってみたのですが、事前にお客様に来場登録をお願いすることで、QRコードを使ってスムーズに受付ができますよ」と、今回の利用体験を伝えていきたいと思います。

**--- 皆さまにとってイベントとは？**

この状況になって思うのは、「イベントは情報収集の場」だということです。ネットワークをつなげば、オンライン上で話をすることはできますが、その会話の内容しか、情報のやりとりができないんですよね。一方、イベントに参加しその空間に足を踏み入れると、自分がめがけていった以外の情報も仕入れることができる、それがイベントの良さだと思います。

今回のAP品川内覧会・展示会もそこが狙いでした。オンラインのセミナーの生配信に興味があって来場した人が、ちょっと目線を変えてみると、そこで「出展者のいない展示会」をやっていたり、カップ付きのケータリングが並べてあったり。反対に、「出展者のいない展示会」への参加目的で来場した人が、「オンラインセミナーってどんな感じでやるんだろう」と、オンラインセミナー実施に必要な、設備や運営方法を紹介しているエリアに立ち寄ってくださったり。イベントに行くと視野が広がり、周辺の情報を得やすいというのが、イベントの価値ではないかと思います。

今回のイベント参加者からのアンケートも、「リアルなイベントに参加することで熱量を感じた」とか、「主催者とコミュニケーションが取れてよかった」と、前向きな回答が多かったです。

これまでは、集まることがイベントだと思っていましたが、情報量の多さや熱量の高さの実感や、オンラインの画面の枠以外のところからの情報を体験できるのが、イベントの価値なのだと、コロナ禍だからこそ、感じました。

今後のイベントについて、リアル開催がなくなり、オンラインだけになることはないと思いますし、貸し会議室というリアルの場を提供している私たちとしても、安全性を配慮した上で、今回のようなリアルとオンライン併催の、ハイブリッド形式のイベントの開催を推していきたいと考えています。

「AP品川内覧会・展示会」では、お申込み時に来場予定日時を選択いただき、各時間帯毎に定員を設けて来場者数を管理したり、[店舗型東京版新型コロナ見守りサービス](https://info.eventregist.com/weblog/covid-19_tec)を導入するなど、イベレジを使った感染症対策を行った上で実施されました。

イベント当日は会場にお邪魔したのですが、展示会場の作り方からケータリングの提供方法、設備や備品の展示の仕方まで、随所に密を避ける工夫や感染症対策のアイディアが詰まった空間になっていました。イベントの主催者として、またイベントを主催する方に会場を貸し出す立場として、真剣に今後のイベントの在り方を考えていらっしゃる姿勢が伝わってくるイベントでした。私自身も、このような状況の中でイベントの開催を検討する主催者様に寄り添いながら、サービスを提案・提供していきたいと感じたのでした。
