サイボウズ株式会社では、セミナーやイベントの開催の事前登録・入場管理でイベントレジストを導入いただいています。今回は、システムコンサルティング本部 デベロッパーリーディング部でデベロッパー向けイベントを担当する古田 麻依氏にお話を伺いました。

*--- 古田さんのチームで開催しているイベントについて教えてください。*

私たちのチームは、cybozu.com 製品の可能性を発信していく活動を行っています。主な活動は、[cybozu developer network](https://developer.cybozu.io/hc/ja)という、APIドキュメントやTips、サンプルなどを公開しているデベロッパー向けのサイトの運営や、デベロッパー向けイベントの企画/運営です。デベロッパー向けイベントとして、今回イベントレジストを利用させていただいた「kintone devCamp」を開催しています。「kintone devCamp」は、kintoneに触れあい、共に学んでいくことを目的とした、Cybozu主催のdeveloper向け勉強会です。 kintoneカスタマイズ初心者～上級者の方向けに、developer network内のコンテンツを中心としたテーマで、実際にkintoneを体験・体感してもらうために2015年から開催しています。

 

### 複数のセミナーへの申込管理を楽に行いたい

*--- なぜイベントレジストを導入しようと思ったのですか？*

2017年、私がdevCampの運営を担当することになり、規模の拡大を目指すためにはこれまでの運営方法を変える必要があると感じたからです。

devCampは例年、小規模のものを年に4回、大規模なものを年に1回というペースで開催しています。年に1度の大規模なdevCampでは、初心者から上級者まで、あらゆるフェーズにいる方が参加できるように、レベル毎に複数のセミナーを同時並行で開催しているのですが、これまでは、セミナー毎に申込用のページを設けていました。

しかしこの方法では、各セミナーの申込状況を把握するためにそれぞれの申込ページを管理する必要があり、また、1名で複数のセミナーに参加してくださる方もいらっしゃるため、最終的に何名の方がイベントにいらっしゃったかを把握するためには、集計を手作業で行う必要がありました。

2017年は規模の拡大を目標としており、そのためには効率よく参加者の情報を管理できるツールが必要でした。そこで、複数トラックセミナーの申込管理とイベントの入場管理が簡単にできるイベントレジストの導入を決めました。

 

### 管理工数が大幅に削減された

*--- 実際にイベントレジストを使ってみていかがでしたか？*

申込受付開始後は、日々の申込状況を管理画面からすぐに確認することができたので、とても楽でした。これまでは、各セミナーの申込状況をそれぞれExcelでダウンロードして集計する必要があったので、その手間が省けて格段に作業工数が減りましたね。各部署から、それぞれのセミナーの申込状況を尋ねられることが度々ありましたが、リストの抽出も簡単にできました。

また、結果論ですが、プラットフォームを変えたことに対する申込者からのネガティブな反応はありませんでした。むしろ、複数のセミナーに参加する場合も、申し込み手続きが一度で完結するので、私たち管理者だけでなく参加者の方の手間を減らすことができたので、イベレジの導入は双方にとってメリットがあったと感じています。

 

### 出席率やリピーター率を手軽に確認できる新機能が、継続利用の決め手に

*--- 今年も継続してイベレジを導入いただけるとのことですが、その理由を教えてください。*

継続利用の一番の決め手となったのが、昨年リリースされたイベレジの新機能「[コミュニティ支援機能](https://info.eventregist.com/weblog/news-20170830)」でした。これまで分析に時間がかかっていたイベント毎の出席率やリピーター率などを簡単に確認することができるダッシュボードが実装されたと伺い、ぜひ活用したいと思いました。

今後は「[主催者ページ](https://info.eventregist.com/weblog/news-organizers-page)」にもフォロー機能や、イベントに参加した人たちに対してコミュニティ運営担当者から好きなタイミングでお知らせを送ることができる通知機能などの新機能がリリースされる予定ということなので、早速[kintone devCampの主催者ページ](http://eventregist.com/p/kintonedevCamp)を立ち上げました。「あったらいいな」と思っている機能が実装されるのは嬉しいですね。今後の機能アップデートにも期待したいです。

また、2017年11月から、これまで東京や大阪でしか開催していなかったdevCampを他の都市に出向いて行う「出張devCamp」を開催していくことを決定しました。地方開催にも力を入れていくため、イベントの開催数を例年より増やすのですが、年に複数回開催する小規模なセミナーや出張devCampでは無料で使えるイベレジのベーシック版を利用し、拡大版のdevCampでは有料のプレミアム版を利用する予定です。イベントの都度、必要な機能を取捨選択できるので、無駄なコストがかからないのがいいですね。

 

### イベントは、新たな出会いの場でもあり、絆を深める場でもある

*--- 今後のイベントについて教えてください。*

イベントは、新たな出会いの場でもあり、ずっと継続して参加してくれている方とはより一層絆を深める場所でもあります。今年は、出張devCampを新たに開催するので、これまで東京や大阪のイベントに参加できなかった方々と新たに出会い、関係を築いていきたいと思います。

そして、私たちの開催する「イベント」は、参加者のみなさまはもちろん、私たち主催者自身も楽しめるものにしたいと思っています。devCampというイベントを通して、参加者の皆さまの声に耳を傾け、Face to Faceで関係を構築しながら、参加者の方と一緒にコミュニティを作っていきたいです。
